SCAM ALERT: Total fraud company; Got a binding estimate for 591 CF at $2950; This was $3/CF + $1995 binding fee. At time on contract, I was very clear about the bad reviews and was told "it was our competition badmouthing us". I asked what happens if we have more that the original CF estimate. I used example of a 3 1/2 CF tote; Since binding estimate was $3/CF: sales **** ********************* said it wasn't much more... about $10-12. 5 days prior to move a "quality assurance' check is done. I had 18 more totes and have no problem paying for the extra items at the quoted rate of $3/CF; QA said I had 200 CF more so expected $600 more; They requoted me $1600 more and kept tap dancing that it is the price now. Here I am; house packed and movers coming in 2 days. Had to pay another $1000 immediately but they wouldn't send line item quote until after I sent the money; Had no other choice.The trucker they contracted to came 2 days later. He then said I had 200 CF more that the 200 CF stated at **. Shockingly, he only charged me the $3/CF rate or $600. Turns out, ZAC jacked the binding fee up another $1000 to $2999. ******* said they had nothing to do with what Allied Relo does and that Allied Relo item estimators are never accurate. ***Can't help but wonder if at QA I said there was no changes to my shipment, then they would have never had a chance to s**** me out of another $1000 which I'm sure was padding the sales reps ******* as the trucker didn't care one way or another.On top of all this, I was led to believe that the date I asked for delivery, 9 days after pick up was fine. Turns out Allied Relo truck partner through my items in a warehouse for 5 weeks and didn't deliver until nearly 6 weeks later. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALL MOVING BROKERS LIKE THEM. NOTHING IS TRUE.
