  We hired ***** of Remodeling Creation Specialists on 12/12/23 to purchase the material for and install the stair rail in our home. He said that it would take approximately 6 weeks to get the material and then he would come and install the stair rail. After over 6 months of ***** and making endless excuses and giving us the run around, he told me on 6/20/24, that he was going to refund us our money since he is not going to be able to complete the job. He will not commit to a date of when he will return our money, but he is again ignoring us. We have given him until 7/15/24, before we take our case to court. ***** is incredibly difficult to communicate with and full of excuses and lies. I would highly caution anyone from hiring him. We are hoping to have him return our money and avoid going to court, but its not looking like that will be possible.

  This company installed flooring for my father in May/June 2021 and they charged my dad upwards of $40,000. On the itemization, the company lied and said the old flooring was ripped out. We recently found out this was a lie in January/Feb of this year (2023) when he came to fix a portion of the flooring that had become faulty and bowed up. When he pulled the new flooring, we saw that the old flooring was still there. There have also been multiple spots all over the house where the floor is coming up and need to be replaced. Furthermore, my elderly father hired the same company for a second job last year to put in a fence. My dad paid $21,000 for them to put in a fence and paint it. I didnt discover this until very recently. I had three companies come out in the last couple months when I discovered this and give us quotes for a fence, and it turns out my dad should have only been charged around $5,000 by a handyman. Not to mention that they only did one coat and its fading after less than year. The fence is uneven, you can see how disheveled it is at the tops. It was also placed the wrong way. And this company did not pull any permits. My dad was under the impression that this companys owner, *****, was a general contractor, but he is only a handyman. I am absolutely appalled. This company took complete advantage of my elderly father who trusted them implicitly. My dad has been grieving my mothers death (they were married for 52 years) from September 2020, and his cognition has been declining. I cant believe that my father was conned out of so much money.
