      I bought this sonic scrubber to wash my back when i shower and I real did enjoy the product. I noticed 2 defects that includes !. the handle getting stuck at times to make the scrubber longer to reach my entire back and 2. I turn it on and it is not working properly. I purchased this product in April 26, 2023. I believe that a new product should not break down in less than 2 years if its holds to the company quality of standards. I real would like to receive a replacement or get refund even if a year already has passed by. I belive that they charged me for handling and shipment but i dont have the price for the shipment only for its product by itself.

      I had purchased the ear clean product from Black Wolf WUSH upon receving the item i used it and ended in the hospital as there was a serious cut arounf my ear drum. I am on antibiotic. I am requeting a full refund and compensation what the item put me through

      On April 9, 2022 I placed an order for $63.22 with Black Wolf for my son who has been struggling with acne issues but has highly sensitive skin so we didnt know if this product would work but Black Wolf states it has a money back guarantee policy for their customers so we wanted to try it.We received the package and he used it only to break out in hives. I reached out to let them know I would be returning the product and asked for a refund back to PayPal as they charged my PayPal account and I mailed it back.I never got a refund so chalked it up to money lost. ?????????August 5, 2022 another box turns up on my front porch. They had set me up for quarterly delivery yet I asked to have it stopped and a refund in April 2022.Obviously angry, I call Black Wolf and they tell me, we can not locate your account. You will need to email them. Yet they continue to charge me but no account? What?! So I email Black Wolf at **************************************** a lengthy email with the reason for the cancellation and express my frustration refusing to assist in a refund and stop all charges to my PayPal account. I had to change my card number in my PayPal but utilize PayPals so I continue to get charged from black wolf every quarter.I have reached out via email 3 times, (attached email below) called around 6 times and spoke to very rude customer service support employees who are very unhelpful in this matter.I have charges as followed April 9, 2022 $63.22 August 6, 2022 $63.22 December 5, 2022 $63.22 April 3, 2023 $55.79 August 5, 2023 $55.79 For a total of $301.24! I have reached out to PayPal and my bank today for help as well as PayPal. PayPal was able to stop all future transactions from black wolf but only go back 180 days so they first 3 transactions I am out of luck. Black Wolf has stolen $301.22 from me and refuses to refund me. I am asking for a response to this matter and a refund of $301.22 sent to my PayPal account immediately.       Hi there!

      Our deepest apologies for your experience at Black Wolf. The above customer has received refunds on all allowable orders available to be refunded (Paypal and Shopify do not allow refunds passed 120 days). The customer has had access to a subscription portal with the ability to login and cancel her subscription anytime, with emails delivered before each subscription is shipped.

      There is no history of emails from this customer on our customer service portal other than the email sent to our customer service line on August *********, and we have never had a phone line to receive calls. Our customer service team has been in contact with this customer and offered her full gift cards for the amount unable to be refunded as we cannot push through refunds back to her card.

      I purchased what this particular company calls the Sonic scrubber, so I noticed right after I purchased it they only took $46 which really ended up being approximately $50.21, so I noticed a lil while after my purchase that I never got an confirmation email, text or anything, So when I decided to call them, I gave the representative the phone number and email address I used, after putting me on hold, she comes back to my disbelief and tells me that she didn't find any type of information regarding my order, or tracking number as if my purchase didn't even exist to their knowledge at all, when I know for a fact I saw and have proof that this very same company deducted the money from my account !

      This is regarding order number ******. I had ordered a few items thinking this site is real and helpful. However, it's been days now and I still have not received anything. I reached out to ***** and they said they can't do anything as the dispute can be filed by the shipper the shipper has still not responded. Order No. ****** July 12, 2023 I lost a total of 86.21$ They are not even responsive on email.PLease help me get the money back

      I purchased a Wush ear cleaner system Order #******, the company claimed there would be a 30 day money back guarantee. I've made (5) email attempts to get the process of returning the product and have received no response. I have sent the product back to the address that was listed on the website, but reading other complaints, it appears Black Wolf won't accept the returns.

      On 06/082023 I ordered and paid $73.82 for a Wush ear cleaner. I received it on 06/15/2023 and saw that first it had a connection that I can't figure out how to use. Second my doctors nurse told me that I don't need to have my ears cleaned, I need a hearing aid.I tried to contact Blackwolf to send me a 'refund code' so I can return and get a refund, this has a 30 return policy so I'm in that range.I have sent 6 emails requesting a refund code explaining above why. I haven't received anything but emails telling me how to use the wush ear cleaner.

      I noticed charges on my bank statements for a service that I didnt subscribe to. I have previously contacted the company, and have yet to receive a response or a refund in full of every amount that has been charged. Being that the company doesnt have an actual number to contact, there is no other way to contact them except through email. I have read multiple reviews about this same issue and nothing is being done. The whole company should be shut down!

      I bought a full-refund guarantees vibrating back brush for the shower. It was pathetic. Bristles are too soft and the shaking it does does nothing to stimulate the skin, as claimed. I attempted to contact black wolf by email and got no response. So, o sent the body brush back and it was sent back to me, labeled, Vacant address and Return to Sender.

      This customer was responded to with our clear return instructions. The customer had never responded with their tracking number (as per the return instructions), so it was not known to ** that her package was returned to sender. Therefore, a refund was not initiated.

      An exception refund has since been made and the case has been resolved.
