On March 23rd 2022 ***** contacted Western Wildlife Control regarding a snake siting at her property at *** 39th St West Palm Beach, FL *****. Per our conversation over the phone we explained that usually when a snake is spotted and we are called, we charge $150 for an Inspection regardless if the snake is captured or not. Due the the nature of this type of animal they may actually leave the property by the time we arrive on site. Once we arrived we did not spot any snakes and advised ***** that we would not charge her for inspection as a courtesy. I offered her to apply snake repellent in order to keep snakes away from her property. We advised that this service will cost $250 to apply the repellent along her property and in areas were snakes were previously spotted. Customer agreed and paid Western Wildlife Control $250 to apply the said repellent. ***** explained that she wanted snake traps for her property. We then said that traps do not work 100% so we will provide the service for free as a professional courtesy. After calling ***** the following day to reschedule her appoitment for the following day due to high volume in wildlife calls she agreed. Later that afternoon ***** became irate and said she wants her money back for the application of snake repellent. We then advised that services were performed and we cannot do so. We offered to place snake traps as a courtesy and free serevice. She declined the offer and continued to state that she didnt want the snake repellent. Customer was advised that services were performed and she recieved a copy of her invoice to the email that was provided the same day she called. (See attached estime and work order for services performed). Western Wildlife Control has documented text messages in which customer was made aware of the charges, Western Wildlife Control also offered to provide the snake traps as a courtesy and peace of mind, but customer declined. At this point we will not be refunding the amount of $250 for services rendered.

Attached you will find a copy of the initial text message that was sent on March 23rd 2022. We clearly explained that the service for snake repellent was a total of $250 for Snake repellent. We also stated that $150 was the inspection fee regardless if we caught the snake on the property or not. Inspection fees are considered a standard norm in the industry for any kind of animal. Western Wildlife Control provides services with the upmost integrity and transparent service. Customer has threatened me personally and legally numerous times after we attempted to remediate the issue.
