I signed contract on 12/1/23 for a new air conditioning unit to be installed not replaced. Contract included permits and everything to complete job. 12/12/23 the installed unit as well as electrical work. I asked about inspection and they said it will be inspected. On 12/27/23 the had an electrician and estimator come by to say it will be ******* more dollars as city is requiring a grounding of unit. I asked about permit and no answer I then contacted building department and they said permit was abandoned on 12/13/23 the same day they submitted job was complete to finance company and they were paid. 12/18/2024 City came by with summons and still no permit. No permit ever for electrical work. They don't respond never heard from owner or anythingBusiness response

Yes, they refunded on February 15th. But as of yet they have not gotten permit and resolved from City the violation for changing the electrical box to home without a permit to even do electrical work. I am to go to a hearing and am subject to a ****** fine and a daily fine. This is a bad company, the owner has never responded but only with false promises.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, they refunded on February 15th. But as of yet they have not gotten permit and resolved from City the violation for changing the electrical box to home without a permit to even do electrical work. The project was canceled for HVAC and the electrical permit was submitted for the work performed and we are now waiting on the building department to review the information and issue the permit.Initial Complaint

I paid for a club member service policy for A/c tune **** duct sanitizing, etc. A time was scheduled. We were told we were the first appointment. Following that we received a call they were on the way and received a text. I received a call from the security gate and authorized entry. No one showed up. I notified the *** and she checked the footage that the Premier truck came through. After repeated calls the company told me I would receive a refund of $239.00 for the policy within 10 days. Check has never been received. Called again yesterday, the manager is never available. I do not want to use this company again as all trust is gone. I just want the refund that was promised. We have been Premier Comfort Club Members since 2018. Back in November, technician ***** came into our home for service. Within days we had substantial water damage. Another technician came over that evening to inspect the air handler and pump. I don't know what he did, but he said maybe the pump had been plugged into an outlet in the attic that didn't have power or that shut off with the attic light. In any case, everything was working fine until ************** did his maintenance and then we had a major water leak in our attic. Ceiling, walls and carpet had to be ripped out. Our emails and phone calls were not returned from *********************. Premier Comfort ******** **** never took responsibility for the damage, only offered a small amount of money to defray our costs. Video is available of water damage.Business response

We were not alerted to the situation of water damage until almost a month later and without having the opportunity to ascertain whether the damage claimed was in fact our fault. Instead, we were sent invoices of work done by other companies that we were supposed to pay. We do not believe that Premier Comfort Services should be held liable for the damage that was claimed. As far as emails and phone calls not being returned by ***********************, during this time she was out on extended leave due to health issues and there is record of emails being sent from her once she returned. We are not willing to take responsibility for what we have not ascertain to be our fault. We did offer $500 towards the loss claimed and it was refused.Customer response

There has been no accountability or taking responsibility from Premier Comfort Services ****
Premier was the first call that day regarding the water leek. Followed by emails(s).
I called ********************* early January because of no returned phone calls and emails. When speaking on the phone, her exact response to me was "I can't believe nobody has contacted you yet".
We understand that Soafia had a personal problem and was out of office but our home has been ruined by Premier Comfort Services **** Now our health will be an issue for not providing proper service at our cost.
Time stamped phone calls and emails from day one can be provided.

I am sure you are not requiring this kind of detail from the company you are most likely getting kick-backs from.
