Worst company ever! If I could give 0 stars I Would. Service manager is a liar ! They don't order parts from the manufacturer and use a 3rd party instead. Their customer ********************** is the worst.Buyer beware!Review from Joan H

They are a ****! They took the motherboard from our dishwasher and we never heard from the technician again! There was no need to take The part he could have ordered with the model number *********** just keeps Telling us they will have him call but not happening!

SORRY but we don't have a customer name in our work order history, please be sure this review is for ADR APPLIANCE SERVICE, with a valid work order , please provide a dispatch number or work order with ADR APPLIANCE SERVICE ,
we don't removed parts for repair , we are factory service only and we order parts trough manufacture , if they don't provide parts manufacture will replaced the complete unit ,

Absolutely zero follow up. Still waiting today. Been told everyday someone would get back to me-still nothing. If they didnt still have my dishwasher motherboard, I would be a lot more explanatory. If your job requires a follow up to finish the repair, this is not the company for you. horrendous customer service, incompetent and dishonest...they should not be allowed service the public and misdiagnosed and time wasted repeatedly lied about ability to fix problem...stay away from these clowns they are a disgrace to their trade......liars cheats and *** ****** ********...told me they would fix a refrigerator and failed miserably but blamed refrigerator company and parts company - ownwer extremely rudeADR Appliance Service, LLC Response

Sorry with this customer for this review but we ADR APPLIANCE SERVICE was hire to repair a refrigerator that was not dispense water , and prior tech ordered a water valve, when's tech going back to replaced part was founded that was a problem with the water inlet valve and inlet hose NOT PART OF THE REFRIGERATOR PART OF CUSTOMER HOUSE , when tech explain to customer got upset and want that Adr appliance service Replaced the house water valve and hose not part of the unit in service.
Due to a liability if we replaced the water inlet hose and water valve part of customer house and then leak our insurance does not cover damaged due to we was hire to work on refrigerator , that is the razón we have this review .
Any tech on any service company can have a mis diagnosis , there is not normal but can happens.
We continue to work doing the best for any customer on any job.
