      November 2, 2021 I contacted this company XXX-XXX-XXXX and spoke to *******. Arrangements were made for a tech to come to my home and see if my refrigerator could be repaired. The freezer door would not close properly and my frost free refrigerator was melting the items inside. Once the repairman was here he opened the freezer and said there was nothing wrong with it and why did I call them. I explained if I carefully closed the door I was able to protect the items inside and I showed him what was wrong. He had already pulled the refrigerator out and told me there was a Freon leak and it would be $400 plus to fix. I didn't believe this since the freezer kept items cold. This tech proceeded to insult me and said something to the affect that I had plenty of money and why was I worried about this. I still work and I was insulted that he said this. Anyway, since I sort of argued about the Freon leak he decided the problem was what I showed him and he took the hinge off and changed a small plastic piece. The entire time he was complaining that there was really nothing wrong. He never washed his hands which were full of grease and dirt and he was handling my food and the refrigerator. After changing the small plastic piece, the door still didn't close correctly and nothing he did fixed it. He got frustrated and asked me what did I want him to do? I was frustrated as well. He gave me an invoice for $120.00 and I paid by check. The next day I called texted and called ******* to ask for a different technician and left several text messages and phone call voice mails. She never returned my calls. Within a few days I called another company, they came out, fixed the problem and the door closes like a charm. The first thing the new company did was check the temperature. I asked if I had a Freon leak and they assured me I did not. I feel this technician is a fraud, he's unprofessional and insulting.
