MY CAR WAS PARKED AND WAS VERY DAMAGED i FILLED A CLAIM WITH ***** WHO INSTRUCTED ME TO BRING THEE CAR TO mURPHYS WHICH i DID ON jANUARY 29TH, 2024. i WAS TOLD BY THE MAN WHO DROVE ME HOME IT WOULD BE ABOUT 5 DAYS TO FIX. iT IS NW THREE WEEKS AND EVERYDAY THEY TELL ME THEY STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PART i HAVE KEPT TEXTING MY ADJUSTOR WHO TELS ME THEY HAVENT GOTTEN THE PART AND WILL KEEP ME ADVISEED WHEN THEY GET IT. i DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE NOW FOR THREE WEEKS AND COULD NOT AFFORD TO RENT ONE. i HAVE A ******* DEDUDTIBLE AND HAVE LOST CLIENTS FOR NOT HAVING A CAR. ******** i GET THE SAME STORY AND IT IS NT ACCEPTABLE. hELPCustomer response

bROUGHT THE *** IN ON jANUARY 29 AND EVERYDAY THEY TELL ME THE PART WILL BE DELIVERED THYE NEXT DAY AND IT IS ALMOST A MONTH NOW AND i HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. mY INSURANCE ADJUSTOR SAYS HE CAN ONLY WAIT UNTIL HE HEARS FROM THEM. i AM ON SOCIL SECURITY ONLY AND MY POLICY DOES NOT PROVIDE A RENTAL SO I HAVE BEEN STUCK IN NOW FOR THREE WEEKS. tHIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

When I went to pick up my car they charged me 3% for using a credit card and never told me in advance. When I dropped off the car off no one advised me about the additional charge of 3%. They really took advantage of a senior
they kept telling me the car would be ready the next day and the next day said the part was not in. And never explained what the issue was. I just kept getting the run around and waited three weeks to get it back. The owner was very rude and knew I could not afford to rent a car .

My insurance company USAA is stating that I need to seek reimubursement from this body shop due to their failure to repeatedly submit updated information as to the status of my vehicles repairs. I had to rent an automobile in order to cover transportation. The truck has been at this shop since 4/29/2023 and as of today is not repaired. USAA has also been reported to the BBB (complaint number ********). The body shop consistently is saying the truck will be ready in 2 weeks over and over and at this point is holding the truck without our authority as I feel the shop is unable to complete the repairs for whatever reason. Seeking immediate reimbursement or will seek legal recourse.Initial Complaint

I had damage to my car, ****** Sienna due to some vandalism. Car was sprayed on with paint and had scratches. Geico, my insurance company covers that and refered me to ******** paint shop for assessment. I decided to have the car done there. After a month the car was presented to us but still had paint and scratches. The job was done very poorly and we complained. Now after two months at the shop the car is still not ready and the shop does not provide a date. We complained with Geico but little has happened. The shop can't provide a date for completion and i am concerned about a poor job while they were paid by insurance to do the job. It is unacceptable how we are being treated as customers.
