I purchased an extended warranty on 10/15/2020 for my 2016 ***** Cruze. At first this business was nice and helpful. In June of last year I traded in my 2016 ***** Cruze and got a new car. I contacted Affordable Car Cure, inc. to let them know I wanted to cancel the policy the representative I talked to was very nasty and asking me a bunch of questions as to why I would cancel it. The simple answer was I no longer had that car. I was then given an email address to contact to cancel the policy. Month after month they were still taking the payments out of my account for a whole year. I called and called and got hung up on when I asked to speak to a manager or someone higher up to help me. The only time someone called me was about a month ago because the policy was coming to an end and when I would answer and say this policy should have been cancelled a year ago they hung up on me but still continuously called my phone for me to renew the policy. I lost my job back in March due to the business closing so all the money I had was it and they kept taking it out of my account which led to my bank account being overdrawn and because I couldn't get a job fast enough that bank account was closed and now will be on my credit.
