One angry veteran!!! Go elsewhere. Purchased multiple items over a period of time in the range of 150k and the last one for $15k was never received. After being passed around to multiple employees with no resolution they just stopped answering or returning calls. They were given confirmation that the package was never delivered and continued to follow through. They claim the packages are insured. Yes for $100. They didnt insure for the value of the coin but yet going on (5) five months they have held my funds hostage. They were aware that the package was delivered. The post office provided a notarized letter stating their part in this. Yet ****, ******, ****, ***, refuse to return a call, text, or voicemail. Mind you if they are trying to sell you something they will burn the phone up. Extremely disappointed because I am very particular on who I do business with and Premier has shown just what theyre about. Buyer beware.

They addressed all my inquiries promptly and offered a free appraisal. Collaborating with ******* was a delight, and he is a skilled professional who clearly takes pleasure in his work.

I have been buying from them for a few years and had what I thought was a good relationship. They pitched to me a very rare mint state Roman **** for $******** which I purchased, they do have a 30 day return policy for a full refund if you are not happy. After receiving the **** I researched it and found two others on other sites that were graded higher, one for $600.00 and another for about $750.00. When I called to get a return number so I could get a refund they asked why, I said their price was too high and I had found others I wanted to purchase. **** at Premier asked me where I saw them and I told him then he put me on a five minute hold. Next I was put on the line with their foreign **** expert which told me HE HAD JUST PURCHASED THOSE TWO COINS I HAD FOUND. That he would sell me one of them at a 10% markup only if I kept the **** I had already bought from them. I couldn't believe it and ended up just returning the $ ******** **** for a refund. Not only is this extremely unethical but blatant theft from a good customer and how he can sleep at night is beyond me. In the mean time they no longer call on me as they know darn well it was deceitful. Bottom line, I can never trust them again and buyer beware.

Merely running a boiler room, I suppose. Cold called me. Said they had been in business for 10 years. When rep ************ found out I was not a buyer he simply hung up on me. That was rude.
