            Checkmark collection trying to collect so-called debt from me based on claim/application from 01 HRG ********************* and as a preventive measures affected my spouse credit score.Checkmark Collection send to my spouse a notification letter on march 2023, we responded on that 04/2023 (letter and the post receipt attached). But did not recive any feedback after that. During telephone conversation I told to Checkmark Collection that it is fraudulent activities from defunct company. Send them official papers that ******************************* LLC stops their activity on 08/20/2021. And company "01 HRG *********************" doesn't exist at all. So we don't have any relationships with mentioned entities. Checkmark collection didn't performed due diligence and directly apply to all credit score bureaus without ensure that company exist.I'm asking Checkmark collection better check their potential clients before taking any actions and remove collection cases from credit score bureaus, as their actions for this moment are illegal.

            Polite and professional, Melissa and her team at Checkmark Collections were successful on a number of aged account receivable matters. Uncollectable with another debt collection firm, a number of previously charged-off balances were turned into settled balances in short form.

            Compliant with both the Florida Consumer Collections Practice Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Checkmark Collections.
