      I ordered a battery replacement for a ******* C8 phone on July 20, 2022, paid a $25.00 deposit with a balance due of $28.49 upon repair completion. The phone battery was supposedly replaced by a ***************************** on July 21, 2022 at which time I picked up the phone as repaired. I paid the remaining balance due of $28.49. Upon retiring on July 21, 2022 I fully charged the phone battery which was 100% on the morning of July 22, 2022. With infrequent use of phone and data, the phone charger died at approximately 12:00 noon on July 22, 2022. Subsequently, I returned to the Experimax store in the early afternoon of July 22, 2022 with the dead phone. The store owner Mr. ***************** was very rude, exhibiting poor customer service skills. After testing my phone for nearly 10 minutes in a backstore location, he told me the only option would be to order another phone. I asked why my replacement battery was faulty and he simple said that this happens occasionally. I was a bit agitated however certainly not confrontational or aggressive, and he asked me to leave the store. I was shocked at his behavior as a store owner and walked away, stating that I will contact the BBB and his corporate office. Unfortunately, but not surprisingly the Experimax **************** webiste does not have a customer service option, but rather focuses on franchising. Therefore, I am asking for your intervention and support as a consumer in this matter. I do not want other consumers harassed in the same manner as myself.Thank you,***************************
