So far this company has been very easy to work with. They say all the right things and are helping me with some shady online lenders. Im still a little nervous that somehow this company is another level of scam because when I log into my account for the shady lenders, they dont show any change in my balance. ********** assured me that this is because they are mad at losing their interest payments but Im not 100% confident. Finding them on BBB website does alleviate my suspicions a little bit.Review from STEVEN G

I was debating on working with this company until one of his representatives called to follow up was extremely pushy and rude. Actually start yelling at me. Were yelling back-and-forth ridiculous. I dont like pushy Company refused to work with them. I dont recommend this company!Debthelper.com Response

We know our counselors can get passionate about helping consumers out of debt and we're sorry you didn't see eye to eye with your counselor.
