I've been with this company for 1/12 years so far and they paid off two loans and saved me quite a lot of money. They are working on one more loan for me and I should be out of debt by *** of 2025. I'm so happy about it! Whenever I called them about anything, they were very pleasant and knowledgeable of my concerns. I recommend them to anyone that's looking for a good company to help them out of debts. Keep up the good work !*************************Review from Corey H

I wish there was more communication and paperwork to show your progress with the companies you are settling with. So far Ive been working with this company for about 8 months and theyve already said they are about to settle one of my debts, but Im still being hounded by my other debt through a debt collector. The debt collector has sent me multiple letters even though ODS said they would stop soon.

We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you've experienced with our communication during your time with us. Upon reviewing your account, we noted multiple interactions from the date of your welcome call on June 23rd to your cancellation request on August 16th. Throughout this period and after your request to cancel, we made several attempts to reach you via phone; however, we were only able to leave voicemails. Your account lists only one phone number, so perhaps there is a better number to reach you that we're unaware of.
After receiving this review, we made another attempt to get in touch with you, but unfortunately, we were only able to leave a voicemail.
