On July 28, 2023 I ordered 4 smoothies and a wrap for delivery to my home. The order came and I was missing 2 smoothies totaling almost $20. I immediately called store and they admitted the error and asked me to come and pick up the smoothies. I told them I could not since I was home with my children and was sick with the flu, but still wanted the smoothies. We went back and forth for a little while and she asked if the manager could call me as he has requested too speak with me. He called and immediately began to berate me, basically telling me I was inconveniencing him because he was in ***** and could do nothing. I asked him to just send the person back with the smoothies, he then said he could not because he was "not going to send one of his employees out in a car where they could get into an accident and die!". I told him that I was a very frequent customer since they are literally down the street from my home, he still said he could not deliver the items. He offered a refund and I accepted. I should have looked at the ****** reviews before ordering for delivery. Apparently, this is not an anomaly and many have had problems receiving refunds from this owner/operator. I have yet to receive that refund and when I tried contacting him he has not responded as of yet.
