    Ordered new moke from prime golf carts, about 20 things wrong, its USED, been resprayed very badly, carpet glued on floor to hide rust, steering column ***** and hard to turn wheel, cheap bits of flimsy plastic in place of original mud flaps, top half been cut off and replaced, small crack in frame, rust spots come through paint job, key tag reads 2023 , but was sold to us as new, its not.Original instruments been taken out , tried to cover hole with different instruments but you can clearly see its wrong, seats dirty, back seat has hole in it.They only wanted to deliver in the dark.Cant fix on mirrors properly as screws been stripped, not the proper moke yellow, this is more of pale lemon, which makes paint job look even ********* number is bit of paper stuck on the ******* paperwork provided upon delivery which basically means I cant use it, if I get stopped I have no proof of onwership, was not given receipt, title or registration.Paid for registration, but only given a tag until end of December, was delivered on the 19th December.Seats were covered in so many trash bags and duct tape it took me 15 mins to get it all of, by that time delivery *** had long gone, but I could see seats clearly ************* *** said he was days late delivering as it had only just had paint job the day ********* makes god awful screeching noise when you try and drive it, plus the rattling is awful.Goes foward when it should go reverse and reverse when it should go foward.We are heartbroken, to go through two storms and then be scammed is truly devastating.But worse still is that the sales man **** is English and so am I, hes done this to a fellow Brit.If need be I will get a lawyer to get my money back.Oh, they would not cr card, cash only.Thankyou for reading this, Im getting in touch with as many people as I can to help us.They can pick it up anytime, its not roadworthy

    In October 2023, we ordered a custom golf cart from PGC at ********** (Prime Golf Carts) and paid a down payment of $15K, 40% of the purchase price. At the end of October 2024 we do not have the golf cart and they still have our $15K. Seniors Against Crime tried to intercede with them on our behalf but have given up on producing a cart as ordered. Initially, at the dealership, they showed us beautiful pictures of custom golf carts with multicolor flames; the walls were lined with giant posters of these carts. PGC promised to complete the cart before Christmas 2023; it would be a Christmas present. PGC went into radio silence, and we could not get them to respond until January 2024. By that time, we were asking for a refund. Suddenly, the cart was almost complete, and they wanted $17K to ship it to us. With everything we had read on the internet while trying to get them to respond, we were dubious and requested photos.The photos showed a cart that did not have custom paint, did not have the upgrades we paid for, and the paint job was terrible, with horrible-looking pinstripes. They had used diamond-plate to cover flaws. We have tried to resolve this for a year with PGC playing cat and mouse (it's ready, not ready, and periods of radio silence from PGC) but never producing the item we ordered. We even paid an additional $2k for them to "fix" the pin striping. PGC went over the red (which was the wrong color) pinstripes using a silver paint brush. The brush strokes can be seen in the pictures they sent us. It's been a year, and they can not produce what they promised. We think they took a used cart and wanted to flip it to us. We want our money back. It seems they use them as rentals and then try to sell them as custom carts but do not have the skills to produce the modifications they promise. They have been so untrustworthy and dodgy that we do not trust the safety of the modified cart. They should give us our money back and end this.

    PURCHASED A GOLF **** THEY CLAIMED WAS NEW IN MAY 2024 .. THE **** WAS VISIBLY USED . ********* DIED AFTER 20 MINUTES OF DRIVING .. WAS NOT STREET LEGAL AND BROKEN HANDLES AND MIRRORS ... THEY SHOULD BE S*** DOWN .THEY ARE LAIRS AND THIEVES

    I purchased a used white **** Car 4 passenger including bag holder from Prime Golf Cars Riviera on December 23, 2023. It was delivered on December 28, 2023 and it worked for about five minutes. My husband, ********************* contacted the shop and on December 30th, 2023, a technician was **** to repair it. The technician said that the batteries were not getting a charge. My husband used a new charger to charge the cart overnight and it worked for two days. The cart stopped running on January 1st, 2024. We bought a new charger on January 3rd and attempted to charge the batteries for the last several days to no avail. The product does not work and is faulty.My husband has been texting **** at Prime Golf and getting sporadic responses. I contacted the credit card company I purchased the cart with and am disputing the charge. I left two messages on January 9, 2024, one a cell number and another on the office number indicating I would like the cart picked up and a refund. I later received a call from ****** around w11 AM the same day and explained that I want to return the cart and get a refund. She took my email address and said she would call me back. Noone has not gotten back to me.I **** an email requesting immediate pick up the cart and a refund with the order receipt and image of the product are attached.On January 12, 2024 my husband had a technician inspect the cart and repair it. The cost of the repairs is $ 1,400.73.I would like Prime Golf to refund me the cost of the repairs as the shop sold a faulty product and did not replace or repair the cart that was not in working condition.

    I rented a golf cart from this company. The rental period was 11/17/23-11/24/23. The golf cart was delivered 11/17. However, the morning of 11/18, the first time we used the golf cart, we realized it had no license plate, one seat belt did not work and then the golf cart abruptly stopped working in the middle of the street which was extremely dangerous and posed a serious safety risk to my family. The company agreed to refund the entire cost of the rental, however, I have called multiple numbers MANY times and despite continuing to agree to refund the money they have still failed to do so.

    In June 2023, I purchased and received an order that I was unable to cancel prior to it being shipped. I have attempted multiple times to reach the company to see how to return the unopened item for a full refund. The amount of the purchase was $202.23.

    Bought a ********** roadster from this company. It was supposed to be new it had 5 hours on it and look like it had been a rental. Pictures had a back up camera it had none. Scratches in multiple places that were touched up covered it black muck like it set outside. Seat discolored battery charger loose glove compartments loose. Contacted them and they sent me a camera to install myself. No screen for the camera just the outside camera. Now the batteries are swelled and battery wires were loose. This thing wont even run with 7 hours on the meter. Thats two hours since I got it. Most of that time is from me working to try to fix it since they wont do anything about it. Think its time to sue ********************** golf carts. I will be contacting my lawyer to file the suit next week. Not a good business

    I started a beach reatal company to lease them out. Once I got the "2022" Mokes they were not even drivable and very dangerous for my consumers . It's been 3 months of pushing me off. I spent my own cash from my saving to start this business. I drove them both and they have major issues and are not safe. The seat are ripped and stapled together. Missing mirrors the list goes on and on. I'll send you the emails and list of the problem I spotted and 2 ********************** service companies. Including ***************. ******************* is the owner of "Prime Golf Cars". **********************. Cell phone # ************. Office #************. Email is ********************************** www.primegolfcars.com. I Purchased two Moke golf carts from *****/prime golf cars. They were $21,995 a piece. I paid for a weather cover as well for $1,500. I started a business April 8th of 2022 for beach rentals. I can not let my consumers utilize the Moke's. They are dangerous and they are not 2022 Moke's. ******************* is not responding at all for quit some time about how we can solve the issues. He has not been compliant.

    The date of the transaction was April 9, 2022. I paid this company $17,453.55 (first price) and an additional $856 on April 15, 2022 for a total of $18,309.55. Their salesman, *******************, told my husband and me when we specifically asked him that the lithium battery we paid an additional$2495 for would have a ***** mile range. Mr. ***** wrote in our contract "105AH Lithium Battery Upgrade". This is fraud. We discovered we have approximately a ***** mile range. We live in ************, **. and Mr. ***** told us when we specifically asked him when we ordered a roof rack that it would safely navigate our tunnel system and he told us it would. This is fraud. The golf cart doesn't fit in the tunnels making it useless to us in our new residence. We did not receive the warranty and were told 3 year bumper to bumper warranty and 7 year warranty on the battery. We did not receive any paperwork on the golf cart. We were told the turn signals would turn off automatically and this is simply untrue and another fraudulent statement by Mr. *****. Our contract states that the delivery would be by 04/16/2022 and this did not occur. This was extremely important to us because 6 of our grandchildren were visiting for Easter and Mr. ***** promised delivery when we specifically told him this was very important to us. Again fraud, and then Prime Golf Cars missed 3 more delivery dates and delivery was on their 4th try at 8;40pm days after our grandchildren left. I spoke with the owner, ****, and explained to him on several occasions my dissatisfaction about his company's fraudulent business practices and requested the correct battery and **** told me no. I requested my money be returned and he declined. My husband and I are senior citizens and these absolutely fraudulent business practices shouldn't happen to anyone!
