The owner ***** from Columbia is a scam artist, thief and a tax evader. They only accept cash, and will steal from anyone, and even employees too. If you too have been financially hurt by this Florida shell company, one thing you can do in addition to online reviews warning others, is Submit a whistleblower claim Individuals must use IRS Form 211, Application for Award for Original InformationPDF, and ensure that it contains the following:A description of the alleged tax noncompliance, including a written narrative explaining the issue(s).Information to support the narrative, such as copies of books and records, ledger sheets, receipts, bank records, contracts, emails, and the location of assets.A description of documents or supporting evidence not in the whistleblower's possession or control, and their location.An explanation of how and when the whistleblower became aware of the information that forms the basis of the claim.A complete description of the whistleblower's present or former relationship (if any) to the subject of the claim (for example, family member, acquaintance, client, employee, accountant, lawyer, bookkeeper, customer).The whistleblower's original signature on the declaration under penalty of perjury (a representative cannot sign Form 211 for the whistleblower) and the date of signature.Individuals must then mail the Form 211 with supporting documentation to:Internal ************************************ ICE 1973 ************************************************************************************

To whom it may concern,
**************, only was on trial for two weeks with Budget Gutters during this trial ************** came in three days out of the two week trial, he was looking for other jobs in the three days he came in, not doing what he was supposed to be doing for company, on the third day he came to our office wearing a roofing company shirt bragging how much money he is going to making, I'm contemplating calling this roofing company to explain to them what kind of employee he is and what he has done in the past and now is doing it to us. At times we didn't know if he was on drugs. there was an incident where his breath smelled like alcohol. ************** also sent us a text that we will be the second company that he will shut down, upon hearing this we truly believe ************** is a scammer prying on companies thinking he will get easy money!!! instead of working. we will be hiring an attorney for slander

The Budget Gutters crew ruined my brand new fascia and drip edges. The roof is less than 6 months old. They grip-and-ripped the drip edge to install the gutters, leaving them misaligned and exposing the wood underneath in some places. Some of the bracketry is under the drip edge, some is screwed right through, and some is not screwed in at all. To top it all off, these geniuses ripped up the drip edge on the **** end of a roof section and just left it. The gutters look great from the ground, so I guess they assumed that I wouldnt get up on my own roof to check the work. I paid for a service because I dont have the time or experience to do it myself, not because Im stupid. The reviews seemed mostly great, yet here I am. My recommendation is to find a reputable company! It is true the salesman is aggressive and the receptionist is very rude and barks at customers. RED FLAG: They pressure you to pay in CASH; cash is emphasized throughout the process. I would rate them zero.The company installed gutters on my home on September 22, 2023 and I paid them in full. They did a horrible job; the gutters were placed to low and the water runs over the top of the gutters. I called numerous times to get the company to come out and repair the gutters. As of today, November 9, 2023 they still have not come to repair the gutters. They are a HORRIBLE company to deal with and the front office female receptionist is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. When I called to get an update on my project I was told that I am harassing them. I never received a receipt. The installer signed the quote stating that I paid-in-full. I was told the quote was my receipt. They do not care about their customers and know nothing about customer care. It has been almost two months since the gutters were installed and no one has come out or called to resolve my concerns. I was told that because it's not raining there is no issue and that waiting a month is not a big deal in the gutters industry.Please find another company for your gutter work.Review from Chrisanthi J

I am very unhappy with their work. They nailed the end part of the gutter and broke the strip of wood along the edge of the roof and left that end hanging loosely. They did not take the pitch of the roof into consideration when installing the gutters. As a result, the water kept overflowing and hitting my sliding glass door which resulted in a flood in the Florida room along with damage to the walls of that room. I complained to them once before about this and they sent someone who put a nail in the gutter and said he fixed it. When I spoke to them this time about all the water spilling over the gutter, they said they could send someone and that the service call would cost $275 CASH! My gutters were installed in November 2021. At the time they installed my gutters, they quoted me a cash price as well. They seem to like cash payments. It is a shame that I have to hire a company that knows what they are doing to fix this mess. It is a shame that these people are still in business.
