I was dropped by my *************** in March of 2024. I have type 1 diabetes so this was a terrifying time as I scanned through all the plans available to me through healthcare.gov. I spoke to a representative who helped me find a plan with a somewhat affordable premium. My fear, however, was that the plan would not cover all of my monthly pharmacy expenses. Because of this fear, the representative suggested I buy an "add-on" coupon type of service that was going to lower costs at the pharmacy for an additional $51.96 a month. I was told to give it time to start working, and the card was sent to me via text which I then took to my pharmacy to have them add to my profile. This month I decided to cancel it because it has become clearly evident that it is not helping me. However, when I spoke to a representative today, I was told that when he clicks on the customer add on, he should be able to see what it covers, but my profile was blank, which he said was very odd. He transferred me to the department that issues refunds. The woman I spoke with was insistent that since I signed the agreement, they cannot issue any refunds. While I understand what she is saying, I know there are special cases in which an agreement can be nullified. In my case, I have been paying for a service that was never going to help me from the moment I signed the agreement. I asked the lady if I could speak to someone higher up who could override my signature and get me a refund, but I was met with "absolutely not." So I am now $200+ in the hole, and I am being told that there is absolutely no way I can receive a refund for 4 months of being scammed. They won't even let me speak to someone higher up to appeal my case. The only option I was given was that they can report the man who told me that something was odd about my profile, which I did not want to do, but I believe they will do anyway. I need my money back.

Good Day & To Better Business Bureau,

Please REMOVE this complaint as this is filed in error to the WRONG company.   I realize that the name "Vitality Health" has many companies nationwide but this complaint is not to this company and we would appreciate it promptly be removed to prevent any online negative review from someone else unaffiliated with this company.   First, this is Vitality On Demand, we have a dba Vitality Health Advisors, but we are NOT an insurance agency and do not sell any insurance health or otherwise so this is sent to us in error.  The address is correct as one of our offices, however, there is no "*****************************" and i have never heard of this person.  I would request that you IMMEDIATELY delete or reallocate this to the PROPER company so that you do not cause any reputational harm online or otherwise, where we will be forced to get further involved.  I have no other information as this is not our client and we have never heard of this, so unfortunately even though i do consulting for many insurance firms across the nation i do not deal with any consumers directly only the agents in the back office area.

      Thank you

I was contacted about health insurance in February and the guy (*****, is his name) said for me to set it up that I had to call back on March 1st. However, he took my money in February for the plan that was supposed to start when I called back on March 1st, but there was an issue and I couldn't get my health insurance. So I contacted the guy and he said that I needed to contact the 877 number which I did and they said that because there were gray areas in my file that I was going to get a refund and I never received it. So I called back a couple weeks later and again they said that I would receive my refund and I was supposed to be receive my refund by April 5th of this year and I still have not got it. I called back again this morning April 9th and I talked to a guy named ***** who called me a liar and told me that I was lying about everything when I have an email saying that I would be getting my refund and when I told him that he told me that I was lying I asked him if he wanted me to send it to him. He continued to tell me that I was lying that I would not be getting my refund. I had told him that I had already spoke to two other supervisors and they said that I would get it but I just never received it. We disconnected. I contacted the place again the 877 number and I talked to a guy named **** and that was this morning April 9th and he said that he took care of it and that I would be receiving my refund within 7 to 10 days and that I would receive an email from him saying that I would be getting my refund. However, I still have not received that email and I wanted to contact you to let you know that this is still ongoing and I'd like something done about it. I sent several emails back and never got a response back.
