On Feb 7th I went to Good Samaritan Medical Center for a mammogram, an XRay of my lower back and a sonogram of my neck and thyroid area.I made the appt in person after leaving my ************ doctors office in January.Upon arrival I was told I needed to check-in on my phone before anyone would even talk to me. I was suffering with sciatica and could barely walk. Other patients were told the same thing and were offered a phone number to call if we were not happy with the check-in process. I called the following week, received a claim number and no one has followed up.Today is March 1st, I have received results of the mammogram and the back xray but nothing on the sonogram of my neck and thyroid.Ive been going to this location for 20 years and had no issues before they became Good Samaritan Medical Center. They also handed me hard copies of records with incorrect data. They said I had not had a mammogram in three years which was not accurate and verified to be inaccurate by them when I pointed it out.I want my test results or I want a refund.

Description of Complaint:I have been asking the billing department for a response to a **** being sent to me. The date of the transaction was 12/29/2021. I have called and written two letters to the address on the **** and all I get back is another **** with a past due on it. They threaten to send it to collections. My insurance company said it is for "repairs and replacements for durable medical equipment that is beyond the extent of care, used for convenience purposes or optional" and that "I am not responsible for the amount of $58". I had fully met my deductible. I simply want a explanation of exactly what the item/charge is for. I do not feel that it is owed. I have had previous problems with Good Samaritan billing and they just do not care to take care of questions that people have.

The invoice is for items that are not covered by his insurance.  Please let him know that his **** has been adjusted to a zero balance.
