      South East Spas are The BEST! Delivered when promised, missing part Delivered same day, extra box of chemicals *** emidilay, set up timely. Prompt, courtesies, professional. Just waiting for cover ordered,temp. Given of course..

      Very frustrated by the team at National HT Expo. Buyer bewareread the fine print instead of believing your salesperson. After I bought I found better deals elsewhere, and when they missed the delivery date it was oh well, sorry, we are at the mercy of our supplier . But if I want to cancel, itll cost me 25percent of the cost. Poor customer servicedelivery date keeps changing and if I didnt call them to ask, there would be no update!

      We purchased our Spa in August of 2021, in ************************************** Expo. We finally received delievery on June 2, 2022. We have had the electrial hooked up, but haven't filled the hot tub as of yet as we didn't receive the started kit of chemicals with the delivery as we were told we would. The overall delivery of the hot tub it self went fine. We hope to receive the chemical kit very soon so that we can fill and start up the Spa. We have waited 10 months for the Spa and are hoping there will be no other issues once we receive the chemical package.

      We bought a hot tub last August, it was delivered in January. It didn't work after it installed and two weeks for the repairman to come check it. A new motor was ordered, but not needed. We recently drained and refilled the hot tub and now we're having same issues - heater and jets not working. It will be a couple of weeks before repairman comes. Between the two issues, we've missed using it for 4 weeks out of the 4 1/2 months we've had it. This is not a good sign of things to come!

As of 6/6/22 a service call was completed and the customers hot tub was up and running normal.       Jeff S Same thing happened to me. Promised "NEW" tub, however, it was shown at Tampa convention center and delivered to me 2 days later without the antiskid pads installed I ordered.They refunded me 300$ for the stairs i ordered. The company reports stairs were on back order. I tried getting into the tub via a ladder. Slipped on the entry stair and worried about attempting to enter again. I could have been seriously injured. This is preventing me enjoyment of 30,000$ spa. I am awaiting similar stairs purchased on Wayfair for 700$. My many concerns are in dispute with the company. The representative was supposed to call me in 72 hours. Its been a week. She did send me the missing chemical starter kit though, but never responded to my email that I would pay for the stairs. The fins and exercise ball for legs have been discontinued and I expect to be reimbursed. I ordered easy pads, but they only brought 1 and I paid 1,500$ for 1 .5. Which gripes me more is that no customer satisfaction call was made. Customers of southeast spas should come together to file a large compalnt against this company.

      I bought the spa at an Expo in Florida in Jan 2021. I was told April delivery of my "NEW" spa. Received it end of Oct 2021. Here is how it works, don't listen to any excuses on delays. This company does the expos in NC, SC, GA & Fl and maybe more. They give a date of an upcoming Expo near your delivery. So the Expo in NC was not until October!! All I heard was how backed up the orders are at the factory! My neighbor went to a show in Myrtle Beach in April (I guess someone there must have request mine or no deal.) So they make up an excuse and I am delayed. Then when the show here in Wilmington NC came along, my model on the Expo floor finally made it to my home. My neighbor who bought at the Myrtle Beach show received his in October when the show came to our town. Floor model? Hmmm I was told I was getting it from the factory I guess I did after they displayed it at their show. That does not sound like new as listed on the contract. Sounds like a floor model. So far the spa runs fine. Warranty says "From purchase date" Beware! Manufacturer has yet to answer my request to start the warranty from delivery date.
