Excellent Experience From Start to Finish!I hired Cre8tive Works for my new home upgrades, via BBBs stellar reviews. This is all that I went by, when I agreed to sign them on. All I can say is that I am very pleased to have made this choice! I needed several things done, with quality work, attention to detail, a trustworthy crew, and to be completed with-in a two week period, which was written on the contract. I go back to saying trustworthy, because I wasnt at my home when they worked on my project. I only checked once on them, plus saw pictures that were sent to me.**** the owner/contractor, is licensed & insured. I checked. He is very professional, nice, polite, and prompt. As well as organized and smart. I also found him to be flexible, because I would add last minute items. He listened to my upgrade needs which included: Removing popcorn ceiling throughout the house & apply Knockdown, Place porcelain tiles in three bedrooms, drywall repairs, replace water on a stand, paint part of the house with existing color, replace one broken bathroom vanity, a new wall mirror, & bathroom light fixture. Replace two toilets. He also added GFI outlets throughout the ******************** Furthermore, they changed my two bathroom water faucets. I also replaced brand new sliding closet wooden doors, Omars team painted all my bedroom ****************** throughout the house. Plus changed some ceiling lights, as well as a one smoke detector. I found it to be a mid-size to large project. Thus, the removing of the popcorn ceiling and then Knockdown with ceiling paint, was the largest task of all, which was done very meticulously. They did not dirty my walls or furniture. As a matter of fact, all tasks were done meticulously. Communication with **** throughout the process, was also great! Plus his prices are competitive, with great value. Cre8tive Works is a overall a win! win! For your home remodeling needs. I would not hesitate to rehire them again! :)
