I have been looking for tile for about a month and ordering samples left and right. Nothing has wowed me. They don’t really look the same when you see them in person. I saw a gray, purple and white mosaic tile that piqued my interest so I emailed Armand and pretty much begged for any little piece of it I could get. I said I’d be happy with just enough to see the colors. Matthew from customer service is awesome!! Not only did I get a good sized sample, but he got it to me so quickly, that it beat the samples I ordered before I even made contact with Armand and Matthew. I really am quite pleased with Matthew. He is a great representative for Armand. Positive experience for sure!Review from AX T

Matthew was absolutely awesome. I called with my problem of getting specific tile to finish a project as fast as possible. He did his magic and had it shipped out the next day! Great customer service with Alex. I ordered 2 oval braided rugs and am happy with them even though they aren't as dark as thought and one wasn't as quit as long as the other. Over all they are great quality for the price.Armand Flooring Products, Inc. Response

I am very pleased with the help Mathew M. provided me at Armand Flooring. He acknowledged my request and got to work on what I wanted right away. By lunchtime he had everything I asked for ready. Such great customer service is unfortunately a rarity nowadays. Mathew went above and beyond.
