      That absolute WORST service and disregard for customers.Having spent thousands of dollars at Rosners including a $3,100 washer/dryer, they were unhelpful in assisting me with obtaining service. When I phoned over 4 times for help, I was treated with little regard and one woman, *****, told me there was nothing she could do for me and made it seem as I was an inconvenience for asking for help.I was promised great service namely for the washer/dryer that are only 5 months old. I was provided with no service! I managed to book my own service appointment.

      Rebate from Rosner's,I have tried for (6) months to get my $300 rebate from Rosner's with no luck. The salesman ************** told me (3) times it was on the way and i have never received anything.Secondly they did damage to my door and molding upon exiting but did pay for the paint and molding that i installed. I did get the rebate from ** without an issue. Front door on the ** Profile refridgerator had a dent in the door and was replaced.I have e-mailed and called many times to ***** and still no Rebate. *******************

      We spoke to **************** on Wednesday 8/23 regarding this issue.  We confirmed with him that the rebate was processed but it does take 8 weeks to process and that we were not at the 8 week time frame as of yet.   **************** responded 8/25 via email that he received a confirmation of the rebate approval.

      **************** On 7/5/2022 we took delivery of a new refrigerator. One year and one day later the ice maker stopped working. I called, they told me that they would take care of it. After over a week and heard nothing, I took care of it myself. I called today and asked to speak to the person that told me that it would be taken care of. She wouldn't come to the phone and instead a man got on and gave me a bunch of lame excuses. I will never do anymore business Rosner's. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      Purchased a refrigerator and a $4000 floor model wine cooler from Rosners’s last year for our new home. Both were paid for and held at the store until our new home was finished. When the refrigerator was delivered it was the wrong model. The salesman, ***** said it was the one we purchased. Thankfully my wife had all the paperwork. After talking with them they agreed that they sold the one we purchased and were holding for us. They told us the model we purchased was not available and would send us a different more expensive model at no extra cost. While on the phone we looked up the model they wanted to send us and it was LESS EXPENSIVE! The salesman ***** said he didn’t know that. Really? The wine cooler was delivered, did not appropriately fit our home. We asked to return it and purchase another model. The manager( son) said no. Today we finally had it installed. Now we know why they would not exchange it. One side covered with paint splashes, inside full of wallboard dust , chip in glass front and one of the two interior lights were burned out. Lesson learned, Rosner’s is a deceitful and dishonest business, so dissatisfied and disappointed!

      I recently bought a GE refrigerator from Rosner's. It was not the most expensive, and salesman said that the only difference between it and the others being considered was less fancy inside shelves, bins, etc. and lighting. I decided to purchase it, needing a refrigerator immediately. It was installed, and after two days I discovered:1. The noise level of the machine was unbearable. Rosner's sent out team to inspect, and technician told me that everyone knew how loud this machine was.2. It was impossible to place half gallon containers on bottom shelf (or any shelf inside the machine.) When Rosner's was informed of this, they sent out GE technicians. They managed to adjust shelf so I could use for juice/milk etc. However that left me with an unusable 2 inch shelf on that side.3. Ice distribution from door managed to land on the floor. I was shown the only position in which to avoid this happening.When all of my phone conversations resulting in no satisfactory response from Rosner's ( the last call I made to customer service resulted in representative hanging up on me.)Throughout this time, I had been pleasant, expecting some assistance with the "lemon" of a machine. I received nothing.

      Rosners delivered a fridge to ******************* on 3/29/23.  She was in the store and picked out the fridge that we delivered to her.  On 4/11 the customer called the store to complain about noise of the unit.  We dispatched service.  Service report indicated that the unit was working normally.  On 4/18, another complaint was reported regarding the noise and also that the customer did not like the layout of the shelves, which she saw in the showroom.  We dispatched, GE *************** for those issues.  Once again, GE service deemed the unit working normally and instructed the customer on how to set up the shelving to accommodate her needs.

      Unfortunately, the next step that was taken by the consumer was to stop payment via her credit card.  Despite the drastic and frivolous maneuver by the consumer, Rosners contacted her and offered an exchange of the product as long as the monies are released from the chargeback.  She will be coming to the store the week of 4/30.

      I purchased a washer and dryer from Rosner's. The dryer didn't dry right from the day it was delivered. I called Rosner's who sent out a repair person that said that the machine was working good but would order parts. 4 weeks later there was nothing so I called back and Rosner's sent a different company out. This company told me 3 different parts needed to be replaced on my machine, but the parts are back ordered for 5 weeks. I called Rosner's back and they informed me there was nothing they would do. They sold me a broken machine and won't stand behind the products they sell.

      We purchased a GE Profile washer and dry from *******************************. We HATE what he sold us because the dryer NEVER drys on the first try. Both machines are loud. Ive called 4 times about this issue. We originally said that we wanted the best product on the market and based on our experience with what was sold to us, GE is garbage and FAR FAR from the best for sure. I dont want to continue complaining in order for Rosners to address this. I want my money back or the best products on the market.

      On Dec 16, 2022, after being notified by ********** that a range that was promised for delivery that day would be delivered on Dec. 23, my friend and I went to Rosners to see if I could get a range by Dec. 22. We were planning a family celebration on Dec 23rd. I explained my predicament to the salesman and that I needed delivery of the range before Dec 22. The salesman promised (in front of my friend) that I would have delivery on Dec 21st. We also arranged for a professional gas installer to install the range. I paid for everything that day.On Dec. 21st about 11a.m I had heard nothing about delivery. I called Rosners and was told my delivery was not schedule until the 23rd. I explained I needed the range that day and as promised by the salesman. The rep said the salesman was not in. I was told the date changed bc the installer was not available until the 23rd. I told her my husband could install it if they could get it here. She confirmed the range was at the warehouse but there was no way they could get it to me bc all trucks had left. I asked about the next day and was told that was impossible as well.I suggested one of their employees rent a truck and bring it to me. She said that was impossible. I asked if I could rent a truck and pu. They said that would be possible. I asked for a manager but was told he was in a meeting and the manager would call me back.After 2 hours, I called back and spoke to a succession of employees who told me everything from the stove was not in to we would get more honey with sugar than vinegar. No one tried to resolve the problem, not one of the 5 different employees I spoke with.We rented a u-haul and hired two friends (we are both in our 70's) to pu range. When we called to inform them, we were told we would have to come by store to pu paperwork to take to warehouse. We asked that they fax the info to the warehouse which they would not do.They were unwilling to take a single action to resolve a problem they caused.

      Yes, there is a supply chain problem. Ordered a cooktop in April, and is finally coming in but after multiple calls - all seemed to be with **** Air who caused the problem.. Jenn Air, Maytag, Kitchen-Aid and Whirlpool are under the whirlpool umbrella. They were offering a deal - buy a cooktop and oven and get $ and 10% of each item. We ordered a refrig,, cooktop, oven, fan and microwave/convention. I never received a call from the salesman but had to call to find out if anything came in. Items did come in but I was never notified. I had to call for delivery if the item was there. My kitchen was still held up in November when there was no cooktop. I called and salesman said if I canceled cooktop, I would lose DEAL, 8 months later. I called Jenn Air. My cooktop was discontinued but they were replacing with a new model. I had to tell this to salesman. He said Dec 13. Havent heard a word. Jenn Air was showing new models of induction cooktops with two rectangles that wouldnt be produced for 6 more months. I did all the work and they have 95% of the money. Worse than a car salesman.

      Purchased extended warranty through Rosners for a GE washer Have had Epic protect repair the same washer three different times now. The washer has been out of service for 3 weeks with no resolution in site., Epic sent two different teams of people at different times to diagnose the same issue. Stay away and buy a policy on your own Rosner's and Epic dont stand behind product
