  They say they are Veteran friendly, until you pay the deposit. Then they don't care about anything but the rest of the money. We moved from ******** to ******* with these clowns, out sourcing to a bunch of thieves and rude a** people from **********. They left ******** ** and proceeded to go back to Jersey to store our items, knowing full well we were leaving in the morning and needed our items ASAP. Also when they were done packing into 2 trucks these idiots then told us they needed ***** dollars in cash or money orders, at 6pm. They dug a massive scratch into the hardwood floors of our rental townhouse when moving the couch, that cost us $200. Needless to say they didn't even care at all. Oh and the best part was, when they came the estimate went up $12,000, even though we went over room by room with the estimator on the phone. When they did arrive with our stuff it was a disaster. One more extremely rude person was along and they hired to locals from ***** to help unload. The first thing they wanted was the other $***** in money orders before they would even open the **************** don't put any names on those because then they couldn't cash them and beat the tax man. At that time we wanted to see out stuff, the rude guy then says back up or he wouldn't unload. I said you will unload my stuff now!!! I just paid you 8k and don't be so rude, we were all standing in the garage and could not back up any farther. Then the door opened and things were everywhere, no tie downs, no straps, no supports. The brand new desk was split in half, 1 fan destroyed, 1 light pole snapped in half, my wife's snow globe collection was cut in half because of them being thrown into the truck. This brought her to tears, and anger from me. The brand new shop vac wasn't even there, nor was my late sister's album collection from the 60's and 70's. The rude guy then asks for some water, it's about 93 degrees outside, my wife says we are out, he says go back in the house lady. Hate that guy

  This moving company is unprofessional. We paid almost 14,000 to have them move our belongings on March 21,2022 from California to Kansas.When they arrived to our new home they had some neighborhood guys meet them at our home to unpack our stuff. Well a lot of our items were damaged some items never came. Our furniture was only about 6 months old due to my husband and I just got married. We've tried to reach out to them on several occasions. They just kept giving us the round around now the phone doesn't even work. This is the worst moving company do not hire them..

  This company stole $3,305.35 from me. I paid in advance to reserve my moving time. They have completely ignored all my attempts to reach them. Phone, email, etc. No response. The owners should be arrested. DO NOT do any business with this company. They are smooth, manipulative, and liars. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't get sucked in like I did. My echeck number was ****. Quote # *******. The money was transferred on 6/23/2022.

  HomeSafe is the worst moving company is the worst moving experience I've ever had. First of all you think you're dealing with a company that's going to pick up your goods and deliver them in a timely fashion. No you are dealing with a broker who brokers out your move to a smaller company that gives you nothing but the runaround. Homesafe will take your money another company will pick up your goods and almost 5 months later after continually contacting the other company I get my goods. I almost decided that I paid money to have a company steal my goods. Never ever use HOMESAFE transit or speak to a broker called *** he is absolutely awful. Moving is a very stressful time in anybody's life you certainly do not need to be taken buy a bogus scam company.

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. My mother hired this company for her move to *****. The company made a call to confirm the move 2 days prior to her move. On the day of her move the company didnt show in the time frame given. They never answered the phones. In my research I found them to have closed and no further contact information. They got 1/3 of the fee from my mother. The company is a scam! And looking at the reviews on this site, theyve been doing it for some time. I am beyond angry.

  Hiring this company is a horrible mistake. We were lied to so many times about when we would get our delivery. When we finally got our delivery, we had lots of broken items. They are liars and cheaters. They will not compensate us for our broken items because we packed our own boxes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  This company is a total scam. Don't let them steal from you like they did me. Here is there procedures. First they go over what you have to move add purposely undersize items or under estimate amount of space you will need. Once that is done they give you your estimate, you sing the contract and give them a non-refundable deposit ( unless you ask within 48 hrs ). After 48 hrs. have passed and you realize that you need to make corrections you will never hear from them again and never get a return phone call. There policy is to wait until 2 days before your pick up and then charge you a lot more money for the oversized items and under estimated space they quoted you. Now its to late to change anything so your stuck having to pay the extra exorbitant amount of money. PLEASE DONT FALL FORE THERE SCAM... Talk to directly to someone at the moving company not to a broker.

  Absolutely the worst moving company Ive ever worked with. HORRIBLE customer service; they literally just yell at you the entire time. Total scammers, and having to go to court because they stole $2,300 from my mother. How is the average person supposed to know how many square feet they need to reserve in a truck for all their stuff? Thats what professionals are for, but they did NOT communicate and said that we should have called them instead. The rep we were working with is no longer there (good for her!) and ******, the customer service supervisor, immediately got defensive, raised his voice, asked if I worked in the moving business (as if thats relevant), was BEYOND RUDE to my 67-year old mother, made her cry, and accused her of lying! What a joke. He should be fired immediately. Would never EVER give this company my business based on the atrocious customer service alone. I can see why they have bad reviews.

  This company is a ****! There should be 5 stars to the left with minus signs! They counted our boxes/items, charged twice as much as the initial fee. Then they could not get it all on and said, we contracted cubic feet! Had to rent my own truck to get the rest there. Furniture scratched, dinged and torn. Boxes were labeled Fragile and placed upside down! So glad we took our ***** in the car with us. Company terrible to deal with! Purposely didnt return calls to get the number of boxes we had. Bid low so they would get the job. We ended up paying what a professional mover would have charged. They are a broker and contract a cheap moving company in the area. Their credit card machine down for 10 days and only operate with cashier checksmajor heads up and red flags!!

  Hiring this company was the worse mistake I could have done. I moved at the end of May and almost 2 months later I still didnt get my things. Homesafe transit asking me to contact the carrier who doesnt answer calls or messages. Homesafe transit promising many time to reach out to the carrier for an update and didnt manage to do that. This is the worse part in addition of the price change and the unprofessionalism of the moving company. I am in the process to go legal because I am Not sure where and when I will receive my things after almost 2 months. Stay away from this company!
