      Upon hiring A+ moving I was working with a man named ****** who I was assured I would have direct contact with throughout the process.This was the first lie. After he took my initial down payment for our move from *********** to ***********, he was not reachable. The movers showed up at 5pm much later than we were originally told and started packing our stuff. We had a binding contract with a+ for **** cubic feet of space.They called the day before to make sure we werent adding anything to the load (we actually got rid of a huge couch and a few other large items) thinking it would make the cost less since there would be less cubic feet. They asked for photos so my husband sent them all the photos. When they showed up to pack the truck the mover named Nas told us we had over **** cubic feet which would double the cost, there was no way this was possible. He also told us he fit **** cubic feet into a Penske 16 ft truck which I believe is impossible. We tried calling the office but since they did not show up till 5 the office was closed. Our original estimate for **** cubic feet was *****. We did inventory with them as well as about 4 other companies to compare prices and most of them quoted us between 1100-1400 cubic feet so we thought **** was generous. Nas made my husband sign the **** of loading contract before he would leave our property. Nas then told my husband he has to pay an additional 800 dollars for the third truck and zelle it to his personal account. My husband said shouldnt I be paying your company but Nas said he wouldnt leave until he wired the money and so he did.He called the company the next day to tell them and they called him a liar and hung up on him.We were also told my a plus moving that our stuff should arrive in **** days. It has been over 2 weeks and it hasnt even left LA and they are telling us they can hold it as long they want. So a move we were told was cost **** dollars is now costing us **** and I idea when we will get it.

      I was "d **** to move my items I listed all my items originally on the estimate within 48 hours of pick up they had changed or omitted items from the list causing the amount to rise from **** tone to $8500 the the "discount my **** would be **** without providing good or service they took my **** deposit and kept it because they say it was within 48hr before pickup when i tried to call on 2 separate occasions before the 48hr time period but they dodnt answer or return calls

      APlus Moving was hired to move our daughter's personal belongings (her whole life) from ******** ** to ******** **. We have not received delivery and were promised a deliver window of 04/03/2022 to 04/10/2022. After picking her belongings 2 days late in ******** - my husband had to pay more money than was quoted when he booked the move with their Agent **** At pick up the driver wanted cash and my husband and daughter refused - a personal check was given. We have never received a phone call even though they promise updates every week. We have called many many times and get the run around - truck broke down was the excuse twice. Last Wednesday the driver stated he was in ***** ** (after a month??) and would call 24 hours in advance of with an ETA for delivery today. I waited until 3 pm yesterday and called again for an update and of course there is no update. The trucking company they hired is supposedly Zano and I called their number yesterday late afternoon and was told he would contact the driver and call us right back. NO CALL BACK I tried calling APlus this morning and was told they would call disbatch AGAIN and call me back - it is 5 hours later and no call back. I am about to call them again.

      I hired this broker in case I would have any trouble with a moving company. Short story. Figueroa Transport picked up my belongings Feb 9 and was told delivery would be Feb 14. They were a no show and no communication. I contacted Aplusmovingsolutions Feb 15 and informed them I did not receive my delivery and was not notified by Figueroa Transport. I tried contacting Figueroa Transport and could not get an answer or a return call. I even sent a couple of text. Aplusmovingsolutions has NOT gotten me the name and address where my things were put in storage, after finding this out 4 days past delivery date. Their communication with me is horrible...days will go by and I am not able to get to anyone or have anyone return my calls, at Aplusmovingsolutions. Maddie has been the contact person, but not getting me information. Tomorrow will be one month since Figueroa Transport picked up my belongings and has had any contact with me. I'm worried the storage unit fee will not be paid and my things will be auctioned off. As a broker they should have been able to resolve this situation before now and STILL has not. Poor, Poor communication and performance.

      I spoke with **** ****** of A Plus Mover Solutions llc and was quoted a moving price of $3500 after I informed him of the items i needed to have moved from Minneapolis, Mn to Spring, Texas. In order to secure the move date I was told that I needed to put the deposit of $892.23 down which I did and $1300 was due upon arrival of the movers and the remaining balance of $1300 once the move was completed. I was also told the the price wouldn't change unless I added items. When the movers arrived I was informed by them that the estimate I received of $3500 would increase to 5300 because of over sized items. Nothing was added or removed. I refused the movers because of the increase in the cost. I reached out to the rep that assisted me several times, which was **** ******* I was told by another rep that he would return my call. I have yet to talk to **** ******* I was also notified that my deposit was forfeited and that I couldn't get a refund because it was to late the movers had arrived. The movers are a third party company and that the items that were over sized were to their discretion. Which means if there's a misunderstanding that leads to a refusal of there service I lose my deposit. It's a way for A Plus Mover Solutions llc to take advantage of folks because they keep the deposit for themselves. In my opinion it's a scam or a form of extortion, a way to get money from someone without performing any duties ........the contract that was sent via email is no longer available.       Hired this company as a moving company. They quoted me $4,000 for a full pack and move service. I paid my deposit of $1,151.25. Once the deposit was paid, I was nothing to the company. Could not get anyone to answer the phone or talk to me about anything.Upon QA calling 2 days before my move, they were going to raise my price to $6,000 even though I had taken things off my inventory list as I had sold them. On the moving day, a different company that they had hired showed up to my house. They then told me that the other company grossly under estimated my quote and my items would take up 3 times the space quoted. They then had to requote me and it would cost $11,000 to move all my stuff. This is not including the deposit I had already paid. I called A Plus to see what the heck was going on and no one would answer the phone. Finally once I got an answer they were very rude and blamed me for my incorrect inventory and everything else under the sun. I would like my refund of $1,151.25 as this company did absolutely nothing for me other than create stress and a huge ****.

      We're sorry to hear your perspective in your experience in dealing with us. However, here are A Plus Moving Solutions we monitor and record as well as keep detailed notes with all of our customers and moves. When most customers book a move, they typically go and list items off the top of their heads not knowing sometimes what they are keeping or taking. So, prior to the move, some moving companies usually do a ***************** call to go over customer's move to whether add or take items off the inventory. If items are taken off, your price will ultimately decrease but if additional items are added and additional service is required, we do our best to offer discounts with any price increase prior to the movers getting there. ***************** process is done to ensure no surprise charges and ultimately lead to a smooth stress-free move.  This book was initially booked on 10/06/21, On 11/15/21 Per the ***************** call, customer specifically state they went over and wanted full packing services which wasn't included in the flat rate of $4,000. Customer insisted on $4,000 flat rate even when told what the difference would be if additional items or services are added. On 11/17/21 Customer called upset about going over cubic feet as warned by ***************** Manager. Per Mover, customer had 80 additional pieces that were not listed on inventory. Moving contract is specific "Your estimated price will not change unless you order additional services, add additional items to be moved, or additional weight or cubic feet to be moved which are not listed on the estimate."

      I am rejecting this response because: I was told everything for a 2 bedroom house would fit within the space given and he was way off. Dont know how it can go from $4,000 to $15,000.

      I was moving eight or nine antique items from Fort Worth Texas warehouse to our warehouse in Los Angeles. They quoted me $2700 to move these antiques. Then they raised the price to $3500 and I agreed that then when the driver showed up they gave me another estimate of $10,500. I said no and they won't refund my $1100 deposit

      Classic bait and switch done to customer. I emailed video, and inventory list of my items to an Ashley(who no longer exist with company) along with scheduled pick up time to be after 4 pm. Ashley guaranteed that she would assist me along the way during my move. She called and emailed several days in a row beginning September 15-17 , 2021. She assured me that my wardrobe boxes and the items in the video sent to her where what she quoted me a price on. She promised that the schedule pick up time would occur after 4 pm on a Friday. She was a real help up until after I made my payment. Once I made a payment I have never heard from Ashley, even though I have called /text her personal phone number(given at the beginning of their scam). She never responded. And just like clock work the movers showed up on wrong date, and requested additional money or they would not pick up my items. No one at organization can contact Ashley because she works from home. I still don't have my items!
