      They hooked us up with movers that vanished with all our worldly possessions. We called their number over 100 times over the span of a month and got through to a person only 3 times. They do not return messages or respond to emails unless you are hiring their services, then they conveniently go dead silent. Refuses to take responsibility for the movers they contract. Had to call police after a month of living in an empty house, they are still investigating and we're hoping they can sort this out. As of now we are a month past delivery date, and zero contact or update from the actual contracted movers. We wonder if we'll ever see our possessions again.

      Horrible experience. I never even inquired about a move with them and now they wont stop texting or calling me. They give me attitude every time I ask them to stop and they continue to do it more. Very unprofessional!!!!

      They sound so professional when on the phone and quoted a price that sounded very reasonable. After making a down payment and receiving the contract by email, there was no communication. I tried calling the agent (*******) I spoke to and left several messages but to no avail. Two days before the furniture was to be picked up, Chase called to say I needed to exactly measure every item (the agent had me give him approximate size of each item) and after I did that, within 2 minutes he changed the cost and added an additional $1500, plus had to immediately put $500 on my credit card. The moving company they contracted with was also a terrible experience, took 3 months to receive, handled poorly and only received half of my items. Contract verbiage: Your estimated price will not change unless you order additional service, add additional items to be moved, or additional weight or cubic feet to be moved which are not listed on the estimate. I did none of that. I was at their mercy because my house had closed and I needed to have my furniture moved. They should be put out of business! They should be sued but hiring a lawyer would cost thousands of dollars, which I dont have.

      They took my deposit of $631 dollars and the movers never showed. They stopped all communication at the time they told me the mover would be arriving. How are they still in business????

      STAY AWAY! This company operates in a fraudulent manor. Once down payment is received they become non-communicative. After a week of waiting we still dont have a delivery estimate. After reviewing BBB complaints I see many people have experienced the same issues. My advice, go directly with a mover and avoid brokers. Not really clear on-line if your calling a company or a broker.

      I am absolutely appalled with this company. They have been polite but have absolutely done nothing to help me with my grievances. They are a broker and set me up with a company called North America Movers LLC who have been nothing short of horrendous. They took over two months to get my belongings to me and then all of the boxes were bashed up, a desk and boxes were missing. Two expensive end tables and a lamp where damaged (the tables actually had the legs completely broken off) and then the driver was rude and told me it wasnt his problem despite the fact that he represents this terrible company. The owner originally told me to file a claim which I did. He has since stopped answering my calls or texts. He was rude and told me I am ******* him off with my complaints. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And the best part is that they dont seem to care. They have no online presence, no place to leave a review and the owner of the company told me that he will run his company any way he wants even if that means completely scamming his customers. I have called A-Plus moving solutions about this experience and they called North America Movers where they were spoonfed lies about how the owner is personally taking care of this and there are just delays. They have been telling me the same thing for two months. I loaded my belongings on their truck in March and now in June I still havent gotten my missing belongings or compensation for the damages. I want a full refund. I am absolutely livid with these companies and their disregard for their customers experience. They should also stop using North America Movers as they are charging $4k for domes from ******* to *********** and breaking all of their customers belongings. Im sure if they had a review page it would be full of warnings not to use their company. I am angry and willing to hire an attorney if necessary. I want a refund to make this right.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ZERO RATING! They have lied, not returned phone calls, have told us we were not "right," about things we have in writing! They have not stayed within the terms of the contract or tried to remediate at all. We signed up with the company under certain terms, and NONE of those terms were met. We still haven't received our belongings and it is past 30 WORKING days. (add the weekends now too which makes it longer.) We have called numerous times for support and given false pretenses. We finally contacted the mover directly, and received a completely different story with screen shots of all the text messages between him and A plus (The point of contact will give you different names, but her voice is recognizably the same). Our first initial contact person for the company, he set the terms with us and then told us we could call him at any time. Once, we paid the initial deposit, he never returned any of our phone calls or inquiries to assist. We have even asked to speak with the owner/boss, who never called to support or help remediate. The story is long. I have never ever had to pursue writing a review on the BBB and file a complaint for a company who has not done RIGHT. Their business practices are terrible. And they are dishonest. We even told them that after so much time of non-effort on their part, that we would pursue the BBB, and she didn't care. If it was my company, I would do everything in my power to help a customer who is in the predicament that mistakenly occurred. Mistakes happen. But, it's a choice not to correct them. I will also be pursuing additional action that is how terrible this experience has been, including the lost time, frustration, and loss of income.

      Not sure why this company has an F rating, I had a great experience with this company. My move went very smooth, and I didn't pay a penny more than what I was quoted. Delivery were prompt, I request partial packing with my move and they did a fantastic job in getting my house in order upon arrival. I just wanted to leave my 2 cents because after dealing a stressful death ordeal, this was one less thing I had to worry about.

      DO NOT USE A+ MOVING. A+ moving contracted our move out. The company they used overcharged us by $1,702.13, or 57% of quoted estimate. They had us sign one document confirming pick up date. They then took that signature and copied/pasted it on various other contracts & documents. A+ was mostly unresponsive after they received our initial deposit. We finally got in touch with Maddie. She was very responsive & said she was doing everything she could to help us but nothing was resolved. She stated we would just have to pay the amount. A+ should take responsibility for the companies they contract out to. Not to mention, the movers were 2 days later than estimated. DO NOT USE A+ MOVING.

      I wish I had found these reviews before! For disclosure, I never post reviews, good or bad but this one has me still so upset at the dishonesty of this firm that I feel obliged to warn potential buyers of moving services.

      I hired A+Moving Company beginning of November for a long distance move from Savannah, GA to Eugene Oregon in late December. I talked to ***** ******* whom at first seemed knowledgeable but later proved to be very unknowledgeable or just wanted to make a fast buck. His first estimate for a 1 bedroom move was $3500 which seemed reasonable and in line with the other quotes that I got. TWO days before the move, with my feet at the fire of course, he sent me another estimate that was now OVER DOUBLED what the first estimate originally was ($7,693.98). I expected an increase, maybe 10% or so but certainly not 120%!!! That amazing increase what due to additional items that was put in the inventory such as 2 small rugs, 2 garbage cans, 1 small plastic dresser from Walmart, 1 broom and a few other insignificant items. He, in addition, double counted a large item (Matrass) that was already included. Moreover, he sold us on booking a "buffer" in space that would be on discounted price (instead of needing it at the time of the move for full price) and reassured us several times that we would not pay for it if we did not use it! The DAY OF THE MOVE, another company showed up, S&M Relo LLC to execute the move. At that time, I understood that ***** ******* or A+ Moving Company was acting as a broker and had re-sold the contract to them. I had to sign another contract that superseded any other contract that was signed with A+ with that new company before they would load the truck. The truck was way too big for the content to be loaded and when we inquired about not paying for the unused space, we were informed that it was not to be. A+ contracted for a set space and that is what we had to pay for. "It just does not work that that in the industry" we were told and when we asked if we had been lied to, he said "absolutely, you were talking to a broker and he was not honest with you"". There was just nothing we could do but sign the contract. Additionally, the terms of the contract with this new company did not match the terms of the contract with A+ and contained several additional charges that were never talked about with A+. When I contacted ***** ******* to ask why I had to sign another contract with another company which was never talked about and to complain about the charges (prior to signing the other contract), he became belligerent and said that I would lose my deposit if I canceled and that he never lied to me about not paying for the space. He said that "we wanted to make sure that all would be right and we wanted the additional space" which was true but the deal was that we would not pay for it if we were not using it which we did not! He also said that he would have customer service reach out which of course never happened! ****** ******* lied in fact and by omission. He took advantage of the timing of a long distance move to wildly increase his fees while putting us in a no choice position. I would never, ever do business with a company that is so pervert and take advantage of its customers like A+ again.

      If you choose to ignore this post, at least ask to speak to someone else then ***** *******. Maybe you will have an agent more sincere and honest but it might also just be the way that company operates. They are scammers! Just beware!
