Do not use this company! My parents hired them to move their belongings from NH to NM. They were quoted $6,500 but when they movers showed up and loaded 3/4 of the truck they told my parents it was going to cost them triple because they were overweight. One of the guys from the moving company walked through the entire house and looked at everything that was already boxed up and all that was going and never mentioned that he thought it was going to cost more... Until the truck was almost loaded and my parents didn't really have an option at that point. The contract stated they would receive their belongings within 21 to 28 business days. It was 46 business days before they received some of their stuff. There are still over a hundred pieces missing and it's now been almost 3 months since the movers picked up their belongings in NH. The woman at the moving company told my mother that their stuff isn't lost and that it was on its way from New Jersey, where it had been stored since they picked it up from NH. (The moving company did not disclose that my parents belongings would be unloaded and stored in New Jersey and then reloaded and shipped at a later date.)
The 100+ missing items still have not arrived nor will they return my mother's calls. My parents are being forced to hire an attorney to sue them for breach of contract. They end up having to pay a little over $16,000 in order to get their first load of belongings. This is just absolutely ridiculous! I don't even know how this company has stayed in business unless nobody fights them and they just get away with doing things like this. Especially to elderly people! And my stepfather is a military veteran.

This is a moving company that you have to be careful and avoid. They will give you a cheap quote compared with others and get hooked on them because they are very friendly when want your business. They even have a quality assurance team to call you and give you discounts. However, they are not a carrier but a broker which is a problem. Once you paid a down payments and the actual moving company picks your stuff, the price will be significantly different and you cannot ask for discount anymore. When you contact their Customer Service, you will be significantly ignored including by their manager. The actual moving company will then do some bidding on their own as to who will actually deliver to your final destination. When it ends up in your place you will find out that some of your items are lost and missing.

Don't use this company. As in other reviews they took our money and provided no service. Had to be out of our house by the 4th of August and down to Texas by the 9th. Call two hours before arrival time and told us truck broke down and it would be a week before part would arrive for truck. Promise us refund but getting the run around and no call backs. Use them if you have money to throw away.

The service from this company was a bad experience all the way around the board from the setup process to the end . This company made two mistakes in the setup process and then also the moving date. So instead of trying to rectify the situation they tried to charge me more and also refuse to give me a refund and neglected to return my deposit for issues they created. Not to mention their poor customer service and unprofessional-ism. Please, I advise everyone to stay away from this company.
