I wanted to pay for internet, I went to my personal account and their website shows an error when paying! Unthinkable! How in 2023 the payment acceptance can not work!Review from robert g

this company has the worst service i have ever had for an internet provider, their system constantly freezes, looses connection, doesn't record and when it does record, it doesn't finish. i have called and they said it was a box that was causing the problem, they changed that box but the problem still persist. I was told that the box or modem had to be at least 50 feet from the receiving tv, well both tv's are less than the 50 feet and still have the problem of lags, freezes and lose connection that i have to reboot the entire system to get it back when either i am in the middle of a job on the internet or relaxing watching a movie or a program. the service in it's entirety is very poor and when you call to see if they have to fix it, they say will give it to the IT and see what they recommend, well, this was about 2 to 3 weeks ago and i am still waiting.....terrible service. we were sold that this was the latest in the technology field and it has become a sour lemon.
