I understand the critical status of journalism and it's business model, but this is ********. I paid a discounted subscription for one year. Now I want to cancel and they make it extremely hard. When you go to the website and try to cancel they say it's 'forbidden', and that I need to talk to a representative. Obviously, this only works mon-fri and takes up to an hour to speak to someone who will try to convince you to stay for a huge fee. Horrible service!

Palm Beach Post will not take down a story of my arrest in 2017 and mugshot despite the fact that I was never convicted of any crime, the arrest centered around a child custody battle and the case is now sealed/expunged. Other more respected news media outlets agreed to remove the story.

For 2 weeks I received daily email informing my credit card information was incorrect, it wasn't but I filled in form 2x I was never made aware my annualaccount had expired and was changed an outrageous fee. I called to change from home delivery to digital and was prohibited fr9m doing so until a bill for the expired account unauthorized delivery was paid Sun Sentinel has a new customer

I started a 7 day subscription to the palm beach post starting arou)nd December 15 for home delivery The delivery guy came whenever he wanted but not before 11 am Frequently there was no delivery I complained at least a dozen times to no avail I said to cancel my subscription but received no reply.There is something radically wrong with the palm beach post !

on December 14th the Palm Beach Post stopped delivering my newspaper.... I had automatic pay that was processed via my bank account when I contacted them I was told that they would help every time I talked to them they gave me different stories and was told that the problem was being escalated they refused to send me a printout of my account showing all payments and credits and extensions they refused long story short yesterday they told me that I owed the over 40.00 it short they have screwed me over... TRY DOING WHAT I HAVE DONE AND THAT IS TO CONTACT IN WRITING TO THE STATES ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND THE CEO OF GANNETT PUBLISHING in all of my contacts I have been given empty promises and blatant lies

Every time it rains my paper us soaking wet. They should put the paper in two bags or tie the one bag. They say they will deliver a paper in two hours or not at all. The paper comes for a reason....early in the morning so you can read it when you get up. Not wait two hours or have to purchase one from the outside. This has been going on for months. I have let my carrier know when I sent my Xmas tip.

This has to be the worst newspaper in the whole ***.As a yearly subscriber for many years, I have had to endure my home delivery driver running over my landscape lights on numerous occasions, and when trying to contact someone about it, the paper would claim they could not prove who was driving. It doesn't matter, the paper is responsible. Then the misses days, no make up's no credits. Then when you put a hold on your paper, they do not give you credit for those days.The paper keeps getting smaller with less and less news.Today was the final straw.I received a call from ******* informing me that I had been receiving the paper for over a month and had not renewed my subscription. I informed him that when I received the renewal email, I responded with "I no longer wish to subscribe, cancel my subscription".He told me I need to call ********************************* told me that I could not cancel my service by the email (although there was nothing in the email to the contrary) and I should have called ***************** Bottom line, they forced me to pay over $50.00 under the threat of turning it over to a collection agency for collection.These people need serious training in how to run a newspaper and soon or they will cease to exist.On yelp, every rating is a 1, think twice before subscribing to the Palm Beach Post!

The palm beach post has no management in the delivery department.My paper has'nt been delivered in ten days.You can't talk to anyone at the post.For what I pay for this rag your performance is totally unacceptable.Yet you have A+ rating at bbb.I guess they are a joke too.Clean up your act or get out of the news paper business.**********

I have tried multiple times to unsubscribe from their e-mails over five months now. The unsubscribe links don't work. I even called them and spoke to a person on their customer service team, who told me they would remove my e-mail address, but no luck. I still get spammed by them multiple times every day. Stop spamming me PBP!!!

Ive been calling for 2 weeks to have them stop delivering the paper to my house ** I dont even have a subscriptionI reckon since the call center is in *****, they cant communicate with the local counterparts. Its a **** shame
