            I purchased two tennis skirts from Eleven by Venus on February 19th. The order number is ***** on the packing slip and the order number I received via email was *****. However, only one skirt arrived. The missing skirt has a UPC code of ************. This missing second item appeared to be crossed out on the invoice (see uploaded support document), but there was no refund given. I emailed customer service on Monday, March 4th and there was no response received. I would like (1) the missing skirt delivered if it is in stock or (2) a refund for my purchase, which is $15.60 plus tax.

            they will not answer the phone and do not answer emails and will not honor a return that the merchandise is defective.
