I purchased two tennis skirts from Eleven by Venus on February 19th. The order number is ***** on the packing slip and the order number I received via email was *****. However, only one skirt arrived. The missing skirt has a UPC code of ************. This missing second item appeared to be crossed out on the invoice (see uploaded support document), but there was no refund given. I emailed customer service on Monday, March 4th and there was no response received. I would like (1) the missing skirt delivered if it is in stock or (2) a refund for my purchase, which is $15.60 plus tax.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase on 12/22/23. Order shipped on 12/27 and arrived a few days later. The item didn't fit so I went to issue a return. For some reason it showed that the item was not eligible for return but at time of purchase it did not say anything about final sale. There is only an email address on the website and we have emailed over 4 times to get clarity on the return issue. We have yet to get a response, despite the website advertises free returns but that has not been our experience and we have no way of getting in touch with the company. I am very frustrated at this point and just want to be acknowledged to understand the confusion.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from Eleven By Venus online in the amount of $89.99 which I received. The item did not fit so I wanted to return it for a refund. The item was not worn, still has the tags on it, and I filled out the form that the company requires in order to send it back. I did this the day after receiving the item (well within the 30 days for a refund). I got an email saying it would be reviewed and I would then be emailed what I need to send it back for a refund. I never got anything. I emailed the customer service 3 times and tried calling (left a message and no call back). I finally got an email apologizing and saying my request went to their spam and I would hear back shortly with the necessary information to make my return. That was yesterday and I have yet to get anything. I am so frustrated and just want to send back the item and get my refund. I have had other problems with the company in the past which were finally resolved but not without frustration. I will never order from them again. But I do want the refund.Initial Complaint

I have repeatedly reached out to this company via email and phone with no response. I purchased items from them and want to return one item but cant get anyone to call me back for a return authorization. Ive been calling for two weeks and no one answers their phone.
