            BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers that allege specifically that they have not received their care packages.

            On January 10th 2020, BBB sent correspondence to Inmate Care Packages requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.

            As of March 5th 2020 Inmate Care Packages has not responded to any correspondence.

            On June 17, 2024 BBB reviewed the complaints on file and determined the pattern continues. 

            BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.

            On 07/19/2022, BBB sent correspondence to Inmate Care Packages requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints. 

            As of August 30, 2022, Inmate Care Packages has not responded to BBB.
