We continuously have had issues since the pool was completed 3 years ago. The patio has had to be redone 6 times, multiple tiles have fallen into the pool, our water level drops very quickly but they refused to do a leak test, our light and filter have already had problems, and our filter pipes had to be reconfigured because of their poor placement. Trying to get champion to stand by their work has been a nightmare, so we have had to pay out of pocket to complete repairs. The owner told us the only way they would help us is with a 5 star review from us and then theyd cover half (this is via text in writing). We highly suggest you do not use this company!

The light, filter and piping reconfiguration was all done under warranty as was any leak that might have occurred within the first year of warranty.
I inspected your deck on (1/24/24) along with my superintendents ***** and ****. The retaining wall was holding up beautifully, as was the majority of the deck. It was apparent from our observations that your backyard takes quite a beating from your active kids. We observed that the 4 aluminum fence surrounding the property was quite damaged, which you explained to us was due to the kid's soccer practice. I suspect that the damaged baby fence also suffered a similar fate. It was also noted that a lot of the deck was damaged and pulled up around the baby fence anchors. In one case the anchor was ripped from the pole and was precariously sticking up on top of the paver. This could indicate that the kids had done the rope-a-dope along the baby fence which would definitely cause this type of damage.
Even though the deck was way out of warranty and clearly suffering from extreme abuse, I did not ignore the situation but suggested a couple of options for you to consider: A. Id send you my subcontractor who will charge you a half day rate at my wholesale price and you would provide the needed materials to repair the deck or B, you supply the needed materials, and I would supply the free labor in exchange for a ****** review. You chose either.

Champion Pools & Spas was very helpful throughout the design process, offering ample feedback to help us settle on a final design and feature selections. We found their pricing competitive. Their construction process was very professionally managed with brisk work tempo and excellent customer communications. The finished oasis is one we will be delighted with for years to come. My husband found and researched Champion Pools for our new pool construction. He and ***** the owner, designed the perfect pool for our backyard. The pool was finished on time and in budget and we couldnt be happier. Every time I look at our pool, I light up with joy.Review from patricia B

“I hired Champion Pools and Spas, Inc. to do a major remodel of my backyard. It was 25 years old and needed everything. They removed and replaced my deck with travertine, refinished the pool in a fabulous Pebble Tec interior and even created a sundeck (with LED bubblers) to accommodate a couple of lounge chairs. The process was messy to say the least but I would do it again in a minute. My backyard transitioned from an eyesore to an oasis. ***** and team built **************** for our new construction home in Abacoa *******. The spa is the best with high quality jets and heat and the pool lights work great. We have a beautiful sun deck. His rendering were helpful in designing the pool. We needed to have the pool fit a space and he designed a modern style pool. We spent 5 years and 11 proposals and we hit gold with Champions. We did demoed the **** pool and replaced it with new pool and decking. They said we would be swimming by Thanksgiving and the day before the water was filling the new pool a 2.5 month build cycle on a 15x31. They did what they said and showed up almost daily. They have the best project manager in the construction business and ***** has been in the pool construction since childhood. They have a seamless support of subs that worked hard, showed up and did beyond excellent work. My neighbors have committed to us that they are there all the time. It was worth the wait of our vetting process to get it right and get it done with this pool company. Our friends said it it looks like it should be in Architectural Digest. A beauty . We just had Champion Pools build an oasis in our back yard, we couldnt be happier with the experience. This slice of paradise right in our backyard has become the highlight of our home. We had the pleasure of interacting with the staff at Champions Pools, and we cant praise them enough for their exceptional service. Throughout the process, communication was clear, concise and proactive. Not only was the turn around time faster than expected, but the pool turned out exactly as described. "I interviewed several pool companies before choosing Champion Pools and Spas. Their price was competitive to that of other companies and their extensive showroom was very helpful in allowing me to see all of my options. They met their projected target dates and delivered a quality product. The staff was friendly and communicative. I will definitely use them again for my next pool".
