    On 6/16/22 I dropped of my sons iPad due to ongoing charging issues. Based on their warranty, I dropped off the equipment and was advised that they would preform their inspection and Id be contacted in 2 days. Eight days later, I contacted the store and spoke with the store manager, ****, who advised me that the finger print id in the device is broken. I assured him that was not my concerned about that issue my only concern at this point was both their lack of communication regarding my service and the actual charging issue. He proceeded to advise me that they wished to investigate the iPad further by sending it to their Jupiter store so that they could take another week to further investigate. I told him that they had the iPad long enough to identify the issue and they should honor their policy, which is to repair or replace. He proceeded to tell me that they had no like models and I told him that was not my issue. They need to honor their policy and not inconvenience me. They are aware of the charging issue ado full 8 days and refuse to perform. Response from owner.Dear Unsatisfied Customer,I have spoken with the manager, ****, who you have been dealing with. The situation is pretty simple, to be entirely honest with you. Our warranty, which I believe you were referring to when you said our value system in replacing, does not cover damaged items. Your screen tempered glass is cracked and the home button is completely destroyed. After over twelve years of doing this, I am not even sure how you get the home button smashed without cracking the screen in that area - I would guess that someone pried it out of there for whatever reason. Regardless, it makes the warranty void when you damage the item, not just at our store, but at every store on earth. I can assure you that if you had gone with Amazon and then pried the home button out of the iPad and cracked the screen, they would not have fixed it for free for you, either.
