      I can see our condo complex slowly deteriorating since being taken over by Seacrest Property Management. They have an excuse for any kind of work not done. It's super frustrating dealing with them. You can't get management on the phone & hardly see them in the office. Janitorial services have dwindled down to monthly instead of biweekly. etc.Today, someone has dumped construction material in our laundry tub despite building reps posting signs in English. Common sense tells you whomever dumped cinder gravel and twigs had to be maintenance since they were here cleaning lights but that's beside the point. Most don't understand English they likely can't read our signs which compounds the problem. I explained to the Spanish speaking maintenance manager who immediately got defensive & stated "how do you know we did it" (referring to maintenance) I suggested he have an inservice to talk to workers not understanding English that they shouldn't dump debris down ANY laundry room sinks in any building. His only take away was "how do you know we did it" which he kept reiterating. There's absolutely no preventative measures here, no preventative way of thinking and if that's the mentality/IQ of the so-called manager well then I don't hold out much hope for this company lasting very long. Terrible terrible management on ALL accounts judging by all the issues LCG has had with them in the short 3 months they have been in charge. It's been reported women on the *********** have formed a clique with the lady manager. One board member in opposition to some of the antics by Seacrest was told to resign. THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS and needs to be stopped right now. This place really needs a complete change of both manipulative management and narcissistic board members if that's the case. Neither Board nor Management are here to form an alliance against condo owners, and they shouldn't be besties.

      I own a few properties in Shoma at ****************. My deposit was supposed to be returned but I have not been able to get a response from anyone. The deposit is now paid by the tenant. They now have my deposit ant the tenant's deposit.

      Place runs our association community, and refuses to give us our document requests. They dont return phone calls or respond to email. Terrible customer service. Regional manager named *************************** has terrible customer service. She wont speak to you even if you go into the office unless you have an appointment. Does not return phone calls even after several messages left. Does not respond to emails even after many emails sent. This is is terrible business. Has left our community without a property manager on site for more than 1 month. Fired previous property manager without having a replacement and its been well over 1 month.

      We pay them once a month the exterminator is supposed to come but nobody comes.

      How BBB rates them with an A+ is shocking! They completely ignore work orders and instead of landscaping, they ruin the grass, trees and plants and cut my hoses with weed wackers! The worst!

      Seacrest is a large Property Management company. I live in the sub division of ************ in Summerwinds. I moved into this villa in October 2012.I was issued paperwork for Rules and Regulations.I was advised during my interview not to remove or replace and landscaping. I was advised to place a work order and Seacrest would respond and resolve the problem. Over the years it has apparently changed. I put in ten work orders for assistance with landscaping on the east side of the Villa. No response, merely ignored all the work orders. I was in a car accident and it caused severe damage to my spine. I advised Seacrest of my problem. I had one cervical spine surgery. I have been advised by Two Neuro Surgeons to think about the n ct surgery which includes the lumbar region. Again I told Seacrest I can no longer able to do any landscaping and agai. No response. I have **** square feet under air. Moreover other residents would like to see Seacrest removed from the property.most residents are elderly and like me cannot maintain the property landscaping.I tried speaking with the President of the association to no avail. My condo fees at $1400.00 every three months. In addition we were assessed $8,000oo for sho gle roof replacement. ThT is a very inflated price for **** Square feet. I tried seeking a ******* *********** to also file a complaint. Could not find any agency that covers HOA problems. I so t know who is at fault for not honoring the work orders the association or Seacrest? Can you kindly advise me what course of action to take.
