I am writing to formally dispute an incorrect balance reported on my credit report by the **************************, related to alleged water damage at my former residence, Innvo Sunrise Apartments. This dispute is not only a breach of our lease agreement but also a potential violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****).According to our lease agreement, the landlord is responsible for water and sewer utilities (page 3, section 10) and must make necessary repairs related to water damage (page 7, section 31).
