I used this company to ship my car and their drivers scammed me into paying twice. When I went to pick up my car, they told me that I had to pay them in cash, which I was unaware of. I didn't have any cash on me, so they said I could pay them through PayPal. The one driver gave me his phone number and after the transaction went through, he said that actually wasn't his phone number and that I'd sent it to the wrong person. I called PayPal right away but they said it was too late because the payment is immediate. When I told the driver I could not cancel the transaction, he said if I didn't pay him in cash as well, he would not give me my car. He said he would not wait around until I figured it out and that if I wanted my car, I had to give him cash right away or he was going to leave. I had no choice but to go to the bank to get him cash so he would give me the keys to my car. PayPal reached out to the driver and asked him to refund my money, but he did not respond to them.Initial Complaint

After I politely asked this company to email me instead of call me regarding their quote for shipping services, they reached out to my today being rude and telling me they hoped I had a bad shipping experience with another company. This was a very negative experience and I cannot recommend their services as I feel it is highly unprofessional to harass customers, especially based on a simple request such as expressing that email is preferable to a phone call. This business clearly does not understand how young people operate as many friends of mine strongly prefer email to phone and even if I did give my phone to a car shipping service, I am allowed to request email. Also, they referred to me as a "young lady" in a very derogatory way via text which is sexist and discriminatory.
