  I ordered a part for my harley davidson motorcycle they sent me the wrong part I was told to ship it back and they would pay me for shipping i which was ****** and part was ordered on April 12 2022 order number ************ and delivered on April 25 and I sent back to harley bags *************** and never got refunded and I had to put a claim in with bank but they said I should get a refund from haey bags and never got one out over 1k and I call and leave messages and no calls back they have my money and part I would like refund sent to my adress ** for the help he can contact me at ********** thank you been going on for months I since bought a new bike if they want to send out one for a 2021 roadking special I will still take tge product but if not parts sent back months ago and never got a refund

  I am rejecting this response because: I orderd from **** who works with harley bags on site said no returns but they sent me the wrong part so **** got involved got a call and told me to and were I can send back for a refund and sent back to harley bags I had dispute going with **** they told me to start a dispute with my bank and harley bags said if I canceled my dispute they send me the money back I have phone number and emails *************** but they will not give me my money back over 1k for months iam not happy how they been giving me run around quick to call for me to send part back then I get barley a answer in email just keep telling me to send back when I already did they have other people sell there product but because he wouldn't take return the main company said they would I have recite for shipping back anytime I call the number no one answer I left messages and no one wants to give my money back not happy at all call me at ********** not happy at all never got ripped off like this for over 1 k  it really y stinks but I don't get it they can look up my email name ********************* .com the next thing if I can't get resolved  is get police involved not happy at all

  I am rejecting this response because:yes but I got a call from them because the guy sold me the wrong part and would not take refunds so **** got involved and harley bags called me told me to send back to them and they could not refund till dispute with **** and bank were closed I closed them I have recites sending back to were they told me to send back
