I heard this security company discriminates against an employee. The managers and supervisors dont care who sees them. They will yell, curse and treat them employees like trash wherever. The security company uses to work for the apartment complex I used to live at and they made us felt so much more unsafe. Its like a bunch of thugs just decided to open a company. Also, I heard many employees and ex employees complaining about the company refusing to pay. They will block you once you no longer work for them!

I'm a Registered nurse who have been in my field for over 17 years, and have never encountered anything like this. I recently paid for my 21 year old son to get his unarmed license as a security officer so he wouldn't just be sitting at home doing nothing. His first job happened to be with this company which he started May 3rd 2024 to June 17th 2024. He ended up resigning on June 17th after 4 hours into the shift, he remained on his post until someone relieved him. Prior to leaving the gatehouse, my son was threatened by the owner ***** that he would not pay him for the 84 hours that he worked in the pay period. My son came home and told me what ***** had stated, I responded, it is illegal not to pay you for your 84 hours of services you provided, you will get paid. I also told my son to record his hours on the app, by the time he got on the app he was erased completely, schedule and all like he was never worked there. Pay day came around, and as threatened by *****, my son did not get paid. I am letting ***** know that my son is not just a child with no one to back him, we are giving you one week to pay my son for his 84 hours including overtime hours, or we will take you to small claims court. All the erasing you did will not save you as we have all the proof we need. Do not work for this company.My son did reach out to the company, where ***** was heard giving instructions not to speak to him, that they will lawyer up.
