    The owner stated the following in response to my email below: Regardless, it makes the warranty void when you damage the item, not just at our store, but at every store on earth. I can assure you that if you had gone with Amazon and then pried the home button out of the iPad and cracked the screen, they would not have fixed it for free for you, either. Questioning our reputation and beliefs is pretty ridiculous in this situation. To be honest, your repair should have been rejected the moment you brought it in, but our employees attempted to come up with a solution to help you out. The email below was sent directly after I spoke with, ****, your store manager at the Experimax WPB location. For your reference, my receipt says promised by 6/20/22. Please see below and advise next steps.I sincerely appreciate your attention to this matter.Good morning, I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with receiving a faulty iPad for my seven-year-old son, which your store has not honored your own value system in replacing. I dropped off my son's iPad after months of faulty charging. I will even go as far as printing out my phone statements to identify the number of times I contacted your store regarding this issue. I chose your establishment based on name recognition from your radio commercials. It is clear that I incorrectly chose your store over Amazon assuming that as a local, Christian ********* you would be a trustworthy source, and based on my experience, you have proven to be the opposite and I am incredibly disappointed.At this time, eight days later, no resolution. No iPad.Unsatisfied customer
