I placed an order on December 26th for $131. I ordered facial skin care kit. I have tried to contact them via chat on their site and sent emails. I have not received my order or an explanation of why. I have requested a refund and still have not received a refund.Initial Complaint

Nov 18 2022, I placed an online order with Belle Femme. The website states international orders take 3-7 business days to process, so I waited. 1 month later Dec 18, 2022 I sent an email inquiring about my order as the website still said "awaiting fulfilment". The next day Dec 19 2022 I got and email with the tracking number. Thurs Jan 5 I received a package. The original order was for the "Forever Glow Kit" $145 USD and is supposed to include:"Turmeric Soap Bar, Turmeric Glow Toner, Clear Skin Serum , Clear Skin Scrub and our Brightening Gel Mask and Brightening Dark Spot moisturizer "I was shipped 4 items-there were supposed to be 6-and 2 of the items were not part of the kit I ordered. I got the Turmeric Glow Toner, Turmeric Hyperpigmentation Cleanser, Glowing Skin Moisturizer and Clear Skin Serum.And the Turmeric Glow Toner leaked all over the other products, so the bottle was already empty. I sent an email to the company the same day I received the package (Jan 5)They replied back on Jan 6 saying they were going to send out the missing pieces. I emailed them back asking for a refund-they replied their manager was personally handling this and sending out a replacement. I have emailed Belle Femme 3 more times since then asking for a refund. They have not responded to any of my emails. I left a message on the live chat as well without response. I do not have a phone number or any other way to contact this company. When I click on the tracking number it just says Label Created. I contacted the delivery company and they informed me they have not yet been instructed to pick up the package yet. It has been over 2 months from my order date. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. No one is responding to me. At this point I would just like my money back and not have to deal with this company ever again. I have attached pictures of the products I received.Business response

Customer was responded to. Customer placed an order with us and she informed us that she did not receive all her items.We informed customer that we will send her another package with all the items. Customer recieved another package and still wanted a refund. We informed customer that if she wants a refund, she will be required to returned all the items and we issue a refund to her. Customer emails were answered in a timely manner. On our part, shipping was delayed because of Huge volume of orders but we did our best to ensure customer received items. We covered the second round of shipping and also the second round of custom fees to ensure customer received all her items and she still wanted a refund without returning the items.
