I ordered product from this online store in May of 2023 and as of January **** I have not received my order. I sent this company numerous emails, and the last came back as if their email was disabled. I have sent DMs on their social media page and they have gone unanswered. I have even posted comments on their social media page about my missing order and they continuously DELETED my comments. This makes me to believe the company goes to great lengths to hide their errors and their poor customer service. It's one thing to take months to resolve an issue but it's a whole other thing to deliberately DELETE and BLOCK attempts from a customer looking to resolve an issue. It is very deceiving and I wish a company with great product like that didn't result to such activity. I didn't receive the product, at this point I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Date I placed an order 8/22/2022 for products that = $134.95. Two other orders my daughter placed in that time frame as well. The orders were never fulfilled or sent. This company has been noted to take a very long time to send products and not respond to customers. I have sent multiple messages via, DM's, emails, ***************** chat with no response. I commented on one of their post May 19, 2023 & they DM me & asked me not to post & they would look into the 3 missing orders. They have not responded to me since and I have tried multiple times to contact them again via all contact methods. When logging in my account it showed the orders were not fulfilled. After they had messaged me in May, they change it to fulfilled. I had screen shot of the order receipt before they had done that. Please help with this. This company is not fulfilling orders. I ordered over $150 worth of products from them in October 2022, but as of May 2023, I have not received anything. Despite reaching out numerous times via email and social media, I have not received any response. In fact, on Instagram, they started deleting my comments. At this point, I am only asking for a refund. I understand that small businesses may struggle to keep up with demand, as I own a business myself. However, if I charge someone for goods and cannot fulfill the order, I will issue a refund. The fact that I have not received my order after seven months is unacceptable. I did not want to contact the Better Business Bureau, but I will be doing so today. It's a shame because they had good products, but after this experience, I will never do business with them again. I placed an order on 7/29/2022 but I still havent received it as of today, December 22. This is an online business and their instagram is filled with many customers inquiring about their orders in the comment section. I also have emailed their support email numerous times with no response. This company is unfortunately, not fulfilling their legal duties to consumers. On December 2, 2021 I placed an order with raw skin company. I immedialty noticed that my address was wrong and tried to contact them through email. I also changed my address on my account through their website. I never received my purchase, I emailed them, sent direct messages and comments on their Instagram page. They were deleting my comments and not responding to any of my correspondences. They inventually sent me a direct message saying that my package was returned to them because the address was wrong and that they will contact me when they reship it. I purchased products on 5/20/22, and I have not received them. I have sent several emails, dms and requested chats and I have not received a response. We have reached out to the customer and provided a full refund per her request. Our products are handmade to order and can take up to 21 business days to process. She did not respond to our email within the timeframe which delayed her order further.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:They said it takes 21 business days because their products are handmade and it had been been 39 business days (I purchased my order on 5/20) when I filed this complaint. I never received an email from them in regards to anythingin the email they sent me yesterday, they claim the emails that I sent went to their spam email.
I received a response from them within an hour of filing this complainthow convenient but they couldnt respond to any of my emails, dms or chats thst I have sent over the past month inquiring about my order
Again, I placed my order on 5/20, and they said it takes 21 business days to make their products. I filed the complaint on the 39th business day, 7/14, when they wouldnt respond back to me in regards to my order.
They have refunded my money but are lying about reaching out to me even after I reached out to them several times.
I only received a response because I reached out to BBB.
