took my 2065$via credit card in jan 2024 to replace broken solar panel. lied all the times and never replace it and finally stop answering. my credit card also refuse as they said it is more than 60 days.

I'm the owner of Han Solar. Laura is a project that was completed over a year ago. Her system is working fine. We sold them a solar water heater and after we sold it we realized that the water heater were not providing what was claimed by the manufacture. So I promised to give her 8 solar panels in place of the water heater (which is a lot more expensive, but we always do whats right). Late last year Ygrene shut down and as a contractor we pay for the jobs and after the job is complete we get paid. When Ygrene shut down we had 10 jobs out and didn't get paid for the jobs for more than 6 months. In March another bank shut down and we had 4 jobs out. This put the company in jeopardy. We manage to pull through and I spoke to her husband about 3 weeks ago and told him to give me 1 months to take care of the situation. 1 week later I dropped off 4 panels and 4 days after that his wife Laura goes on a smearing campaign against Han Solar. We've been in business for over 6 years growing every year but unfortunately we had the rug pulled from underneath us. It happens. We will always do the right thing. As of today all panels have been delivered. The other complaint was Islaine. This is a employee I fired because he was lazy and he started putting bad reviews. At the end of the day we have over 500 installs and have a solid record.

We had had a terrible experience with Han Solar. We started 3 years ago getting solar panels. We have 24 panels. However it is still not covering the total cost of our bill. It is only covering 40%. For the past year we have been trying to contact the owner ** and we get ignored! Our previous sales person would call him for us. He would continue to say that he will bring 8 more panels free of charge. He keeps telling us different dates they will come out and still nothing! We even left JR a message saying if we do not get the additional panels to cover the cost we will contact legal..and still no response! I finally put a review on their website. Our friend calls him and he finally calls us back! He said he will bring the 8 panels. That day his guys show up with 4 panels and he says next week he will bring the remaining 4. My husband asked them if they were installed and they said yes. My husband went on roof to check and they lied they were not installed. ** said they would come back the next week to give us the other 4 and of course no show! And he also lied when he told us they would be here in September he said no I said November. So now he calls my husband that he is dissolving his company! And he had the audacity to blame me because I wrote a bad review! If he would of done his job I would not of had to write the review! So now he basically tells us good luck getting the other panels. Well I have been contacted by other people who had had issues. Our next step is to contact the ******* attorney general. This is just horrible and a huge expense to put on people!

This is a scam company the owner is very unprofessional and a scammer. Hes targeted minority to scam them. I purchase the system from *********************** the owner he came over my house and sold me a system very expensive and did not give what he promised 100% of my energy used. Can never get in contact with the customer service department . Please stay away from this scammer.
