I had purchased tires and an alignment, to which they provided. They told me my outer tie rod was broken, but it was just the grease membrane that was broken. A couple of months go by, and I noticed a loud sound coming from the driver side front tire. The front driver side tire had been disconnected from the outer tie rod causing the tire to point inward while the passenger tire was straight. I looked under the truck to see that they left the locking nut loose causing the outer tie rod to lose the threads and disconnect from the inner tie rod. I had to personally replace the outer tie rod and get an alignment to fix the problem. I told the manager ***** about this and he offered an $80 discount off of the $955 that I owe for tires. I told him that the offer wasn't good enough. I sent an estimate to ***** quoting $22.11 for the tie rod, $142.74 for the labor (which is the median cost of 1 hour labor in *******), $100 for the inconvenience, $130.57 for the alignment. This tally would take the total owed to them ***** $955 to $540.54. He replied to this email stating "Then we will just need to return the tires and part ways." I believe what I am asking for is fair and am not looking for anything "free".

When originally contacting the company over the phone on 11/24/21 the rep ******** me of a better deal in store to purchase all 4 tires and would come with benefits for the lifetime of the tires including free flat repair, free tire replacement, free alignments, and free rotations. After receiving a quote and saving up the funds, we came in on 3/5/22 to purchase this offer and ****** sales manager assisted me. We paid up front the full total of $658.04 in cash. About a month later after getting a flat tire and coming into the shop to take advantage of my benefits the rep there said that my tire was beyond repair and I would have to purchase a new tire out of pocket. After explaining what I was previously told when purchasing all 4 tires, he explained that the benefits were only valid if I was still making payments on the tires. This made no sense to me because the only reason I proceeded with this company was for the benefits they offered, and not once was it mentioned or explained to me in any way while i was handing them my money and expressing that the benefits were worth working with them, that if I paid in full I would not receive these benefits. The man then attempted to repair the flat he had said was not able to be repaired. The next day I had to return because my tire light was back on. A different rep informed me that the man i delt yesterday had repaired my tire incorrectly and then proceeded to correct the issue and repaired my tire properly. This lasted me for a couple of months and then the same tire became flat to the point I could not drive on it. On 7/2/22 came back in; the manager informed me that this would be the last time they could legally repair the same tire and that next time I would have to purchase a new one, and that they would not be replacing it for free as originally discussed and advertised. I was not the only customer unaware of this, other customers present at the time were suprised to hear this aswell. Very rude staff aswell.

I purchased tires from them twice I’ve always went to them for my tires and rims. I paid out my purchases always on time. I noticed I was running to them for new tires quicker than usual so I contacted the manufacturer after my issue with my tires and they stated I was given the incorrect tires for my cars weight after I gave them the information for my car. I need 95 w for my car and they put 90w on my car. I went to the store to inform the manager that the tire company said and he said great that you educated yourself but not enough. He claimed it was okay that they put less on my car when this is not true. The tires were 200lbs less than the weight my car needed hence why the tires weren’t lasting and being replaced so fast. I also contacted there corporate office. The manager I spoke to that did nothing and did not offer to make this right is josh or Joshua. Very dissatisfied!! What a scam! Also that is not safe for the customer.
