I bought a car from them with the agreement to pay a lump sum of three thousand ($3000.00) then make monthly installments of $240. I have been making monthly payments; however, it appears that the business has closed. The employer assured me that someone would get in touch with me so that I can continue payment and settle my account. I have called, left messages on their website, gone to the business and I am unable to reach anyone. I will also not be able to renew my registration as they have some blockage on the account. Dmv told me that there is no lien on the vehicle but I cannot register the car without getting in touch with the dealership. I just want to get in touch with someone to complete payment so I can get the car registered and also get the title.Customer response

I received a call from the manager informing me of relocation. I suggested that the title and registration be completed so that I can pay all of the balance on the account. He agreed to get it done by end of this week.Initial Complaint

This company fraudulently sold me a vehicle out of state knowing that the loan company that i was going through did not do out of state deals yet they proceeded to do it anyway leaving out information that would later put me in a bind. I went to have the vehicle registered not knowing anything about a very and i think thats when i knew i had been scammed. i have been in contact with this company for the last two months trying to get paperwork to have this vehicle registered not knowing that all of this should have been handled by the dealer being that i am financing this vehicle but they knew this all along and was trying to wait til the 30 day time frame was up so i wouldnt be able to request anything be done about it. so they are telling me that they are going to get the vehicle registered for me but i kept asking am whats the problem why cant you send me anything to get this vehicle registered why did you ship me a vehicle without any kinds of tags or registration. so i had to wait for the mmmm to send me a temporary tag and still no explanation why i cant get my vehicle registered. so after two months of calling them back and forth they finally tell me that they got my vehicle registered for me and that i would have to pay them $1200 before i could get my license plate from them!!! so im like theres no way i could pay that up front and is there anything else i could do and the guy gets hostile with me saying that they did all this stuff for me and the only thing i could do was to pay them the money or voluntarily give up my vehicle . i called the loan company and asked them about the tile and tags process and they said that that should have been in my loan fees and handled before receiving my vehicle.
