On 4 April I put in for a Quote to ship my Land Rover Defender for $450 dollars on the 6th of April. I got into contact with this company and they asked if I could ship it sooner like the 5th and I said that was fine and I put down a $200 deposit.They continued to contact me and say they were going to find a driver and I will get the information because they found one and then I would get the information a day before. The day of the 5th they said they were still looking and they were going to continue to look. On the 6th of April (Saturday) they told me they were still looking in the morning time and time continued to go by and nothing and then late in the evening they called me and said that they found someone that could do it Monday April 8th or Tuesday April 9th and accommodated again. Monday the 8th comes around and was told again that needed to be pushed to Wednesday the 10th or Thursday the 11th and I told them the 10th was the latest it needed to be moved. They said they would keep looking. No answer on the 8th. Tuesday the 9th came around and they came back to me saying they could ship it but for 800 dollars and I rejected the offer. When I asked for my 200 dollars back they said that I couldnt get the money back because once a driver is assigned I cant get a refund but I didnt agree to a driver or the 850 dollar shipping. I want my money back for a deposit for shipping that never happened and an agreement I never made for a shipping of 850 when originally 450.
