    Yesterday (8/7/22) at Bravo Supermarket, I was waiting in line at the ******* Lotto Cashier Check out when the Hispanic Lady named ********** (?) told me the cash register was processing when in reality she was waiting on another Hispanic Lady to come and check out while I had been standing there in line 10 to 12 minutes. Upon asking ************************ why did she let me wait just to check out another Hispanic lady (who was not in line and I have never seen this lady upon me starting my wait in line) before me. She could not answer me when her coworker tried (foolish defense) to save her by saying oh she was here before you (***). I then said why she did not say that the first time when she told me the cash register was processing. Anyway, this store is telling me Hispanic first and Afro-Americans last. There are more Hispanics at this store than any Blacks working. I will not be going back there any time soon and I will put the word out about this particular location.The amount I spent there was $26.17 on my Debit Card and I would like a full refund and I will never go back there again.     Earlier today 12/3/22, around 2 in the afternoon, I stopped by Bravo in West Park to purchase some meat. I got some salmon, whole chicken wings and turkey wings, totaled $67.75 I stay about 8 minutes away from the store. I went home and put the wings in the refrigerator to be cleaned and season later for ******'s dinner and the others in the freezer. Around 8, I went and grabbed the wings in attempt to clean them, upon opening the bag a smell came out of it. I made the strange face like "why they smell like that.'' I open it completely to smell and inspect the meat, a strong spoiled foul odor came out of the bag, the wings were spoiled badly. I grabbed the other from the freezer and opened their bag to smell them, the turkey wings had the same. At the very moment, I got dressed and took the other out of the freezer and went to return them to the store. At the customer service desk, I approached the cashier and explained to her that I was here to return the meat and that they smelled bad and that they need to check the rest of the meat back there and needed to get rid of them. She smelled them and were shocked of the smell she got from the bags. She then called the manager (short Hispanic man) over for the return. He then asked me what happened? I said to him, the same thing I've explained to the cashier. He then gave her hes card/badge to authorize the return. While shes processing the return, he then said ''well that strange, no one else came to return the meat.'' I said to him okay, well I'm the first. I would suggest you get rid of the rest of the chicken and turkey wings because we are feeding this to our family, they can really get sick. He said to me, You need to watch what you say because youre generalizing all the meats, like they all bad. I dont want to go back and forth with you. I just want my refund, thats all. He looked over to the cashier and said to her canceled the refund, shes not getting anything back.'' He denied me the refund.
