      I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 10/27/2023 for 6500 using my citibank card for 4000 and 2500 from my discover card. From the minute the purchased were authorized is nothing but lies and deception from these scammers. They sent me pictures of the vehicle not one pictures show and scratches or damage to the vehicle. The pictures of the inside show no indication that many of the buttons from the vehicle had been missing and also the dash board pictures show checked engine light. The vehicle was supposed to arrive in ******** in 3 days it did not arrived until another 3 days later. I had to ker reaching out to transport to verify when the vehicle will arrive. When the vehicle did arrive it was major scratches and dents on the vehicle and the checked engine light was on. I reached out to plus auto and they advised the issue was coming from because the car was lift to put on the trailer for transport. They said to drive for about 30 minutes and it should be move. I drove it , the checked engine sign was still there. I called back and I let him know the issue is still there he said drive it for a few days and see. I drove it for a few days the check engine sign did not come off. I reach back out to plus auto and I was told I need to take it to the dealership to have it reset. After that and I try contact plus auto I get no response. So I file a dispute with both discover and citibank for receiving a product that did not match their description. Citibank found in my favor and issue back the credit, then plus auto came a repossessed the car illegally, refused to give me my property and try to bully me to return the vehicle key. They sent me a letter date 3/19/2024 stating I owe them 7100 which is 6500 for the vehicle and 600 for repossessed fees. My discover card paid these scammers and thieves 2500 and the vehicle was only 6500 so how I owe these thrives 7100, when they have 2500 from discover

      Plus auto sales sold 2015 ******** **** GlK 350 to customer ***** for 6000$ plus 500$ shipping, as is online after receiving 2 credit payment 4000$ and 2500$ payment over the phone we shipped the car to the customer, after 1 week payment we sent the title custom then transfer the car to her name then stop payment make a claim on both credit card,  the bank pay her back 4000$  so we then try to call her refuse to answer, thats when we repo her car cost 1200$  to send to *******, she refuse to give the key back cost me another 1500$, we send her letter she never respond we have all the copy of the deal bill of sales. Vehicle still available to the customer if she can refund my expenses to bring the car back and send me a cashiers check no more credit card from her,

      MoreCustomer purchased 2015 ******** **** GLK 350 on 10/27/2023 online from out of state for the amount of 6000$ plus 500$ delivery fee. soon as she received confirm vehicle was delivered we overnight the certificate of title to the customer,  All photos sent to customer were also posted to our website. Customer was advised to zoom into the photos and was also spoken to via facetime for any additional angles of the vehicle that she would like to see. Customer was made aware that towing the vehicle across state lines was at her discretion and risk. Once the vehicle was delivered to the customer, the customer stated that the vehicle had scratches on it. We are not responsible for any damage made to a vehicle during transit post sale.   The customer was aware she purchased vehicle AS IS - No Warranty. The customer filed a dispute on 12/18/2023 soon as she transfer the title to her name stating that she received "black auto parts" which is completely false.Customer received a 2015 ******** **** GLK 350 vehicle with the certificate title.  We reached out to her about the dispute in which she denied. The customer was made aware that there is now a balance due being that her original form of payment was returned. She hung up on our salesman and refused to answer any additional phone calls. Due to the outstanding balance, our company repossessed the vehicle in *****, *** customer refused to return the vehicle key fob, plus auto sales have to order a new key only from ******** **** dealer for 1500$. We informed her that she can still settle her balance with us,and the vehicle will be returned to her and she continued to deny that any dispute was made on her end. We have attached the letter of dispute from our credit company stating such. The customer was given 10 days to settle her balance with us or pick up her belongings from the towing company.  Information...
