A & B Towing service is a towing company that makes unreasonable terms for you to pick up your vehicle, my younger sister was involved in a serious accident on feb 1, 2022, and they were the ones called by police to pick up the Vehicle, and they took it to their business address. Today I discovered that the car could have been towed to my home address other than going to their business facility. At the scene I was not given an option on the vehicles towing location, which was the first red flag. ***** **** was notified about the vehicle being at that location which both me and ***** **** notified the towing company that ***** **** had permission to pick the vehicle up from their towing service but refused to release it, They First told ********* to send a copy of the drivers ID, We then called the Towing because we were going to forward the ID to them, then they tried to hit us with the run around and told us that we need a notarized copy from the owner of the Vehicle, and mind you, the owner of the Vehicle is in ****** which is my mother, and she does not have electricity or a vehicle in ****** We then had to personally make our way to the towing facility, while we were at the business we encountered one of the employees who told us to knock on the office door, I proceeded to, then was told by the owner who was inside “can you ******* wait I’m on the phone” I then told him the circumstances like I did over the phone, and he refused, we then got into a heated argument after he told me to leave the property and mentioned “ he would whip me” and made a hand movement like he had a slave whip in his hand, I then knew the dynamic of the situation and then proceeded to call the police, as soon as the police came, they gave me a paper to sign in order to release the car, no words we spoken, they did not ask to see my ID, I even signed the paper with my name, and phone number, I literally could have been anybody, and right then and there the car was released to *********.
