I applied for an apparent at this property. I was approved with conditions by a third party company but the property management still decided to deny me. It seemed to be discrimination based on the hostile atmosphere from the staff. I was informed I will get a refund of the administrative fee if denied. I was informed that it would take up to 21 business days to receive my refund. It has been over a month and I still havent received my refund. I have constantly attempted to call and email the staff with no resolve. I even verified the mailing address with the staff. I also requested for an option to pick up the check. They are refusing to return the funds owed to me. I have suffered a financial hardship because of this. I need this to be resolved immediately. Thank you.Initial Complaint

The property maintenance team continues to cancel any service requests that I put in. They do not tell me why and when I *************** about it the manager says he isnt sure either. I am paying for a service that does not get fulfilled. I do not want to be held accountable when we move at the end of our lease due to their negligence of taking care of their property.
